Dismantling the damaged Brick work in cement mortar under 3m height and clearing away carefully disposal of unserviceable materials to lead of 50m etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Clearing removals of cement plaster from walls as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with Designed ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by EE before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level

Supplying and fixing SS Health Faucet with new one including the cost of labour and fixing charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing in position of SS heavy duty Long body tap of approved quality make conforming to IS Specification (Gross weight shall not be less than 400grams) and quality including cost of shellac, thread etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white / colour glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm (with pedestal / without pedestal) with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia "B" class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylone connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Easing the existing over hanging door & windows including renewing frame its position & refixing the same after attending petty repair works including wrought and putup in position fixing necessary furniture excluding cost of furniture etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing and refixing the aluminium doors and windows from its position (i.e.) frames and refixing the same in its position with new rubber beadings, "L" angle, screws and replacement of glass pans if any and other materials if necessary including cost of materials, labour charges and dismantling Brick or RCC and redoing the same to the original position etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Powder coated aluminium openable window (2 leaves) using extruded aluminium section of size 40 x 31.50 x 1.50mm for outer frame shutter frame, inner frame and mullion of size 40 x 31.50 x 1.50mm with necessary accessories such as rubber beedings best quality of lock handle and fixing 4mm thick glass with 'L' angle glazing clips including cost of materials labour electrical consumption required for the fabrication drilling holes in RCC coloumns with power drill to the required extent and make good to the original condition scaffolding if any etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.The aluminium frame to be anodized with matt finish under electrically cotrolled condition in accordance with ISI 1868 / 1962 specification for an average anodic thickness of not less than 15 microns should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work

Renewing the broken glass panes of 5.5mm thick with new plan glass pane including fixation with Teak wood beeding 35mmx12mm above the glass panels with nails etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and installation of 100mm x 100mm & 40mmx40mm MS square tube including cost of erection and welding, finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including cost of transportation, loading and unloading erection and dismantling if any needed and redoing the same to original condition etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed Exterior (Emulsion) paint of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., including thorough scrapping complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old wood work with Two coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Clearing the manhole chamber size of 2' x 2' x 2' including removing the silt and slush and conveying the same to outside the compound after the dry condition of silt and slush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
