Providng and fixing vynil flooring 3 mm thick tiles/ strips or sheet over exisiting tile flooring (sample to be approved from client) (with 5 years warantee of flooring)

P&L ceramic tile flooring 600x600mm with cement mortar base of 1:4 ratio (Tiles to be used as per existing flooring)

Dismantling of PCC for providing base for flooring as per site requirement

Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 for flooring and as per site requiremnt (3" thickness)

Providing and fixing, wall paneling with teak veneer lamiate finish 1.0 mm thick, with wooden batton frame 1.5"x1.5" and 12mm commercial ply with the application of antitermite chemical over batton and ply. Make of laminate: ventura/ Marino/ or equivalent with prior approval of sample from the client.

Providing and fixing, Electrical work (as per site requirement): 1. SITC 6/16 industrial plugsocket outlet 2. P&f FRLS wire 2.5mm 1c 3. E20103-S/I OF 20MM PVC Conduit 4. MS Junction box 5. SITC 6 way SPN DB 6. MCB (Sample of items to be approved from client)

Providing and fixing, replacement of existing grid ceiling tiles ONLY with minral fiber acoustic ceiling tiles 12mm thick to provide acoustic insulation in auditorium. Make of tile- Armstroung or equivalent with prior approval of sample from cleint.

Repairing of existing grid ceiling frame by replacing damaged frame and providing extra support as per site requiremene. The mode of measurement will include replacement of ceiling tiles in this area, hence no seperate tiles amount will be paid as per item no: 6. Material of frame to be used as per existing ceiling frame.

Diamond polishing of existing marble flooring at seminar hall of the college

Providing, installation and commessioning of Spilt AC 1.5 T with copper coiling (Item including providing and fixing of outdoor unit tray as per site location) . Make- Daikin/ LG or equivalent with prior permission of client.
