Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or bricks, in cement by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) • including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded).

Providing gola (Angular Fillet) 75 x75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75mm deep chase

Making khurras 45x45cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx 1mx400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edges and making the finishing outlet complete.

Providing and laying 50mm thick coping with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of formwork complete.

10-15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of brick walls (Interior/Exterior) complete. All work upto floor V level.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches (Internal/External) including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement: 4 Coarse Sand). Internal/External. Al work upto floor V level.

Repair to Washed stone grit plaster in patches including cutting the old damaged grit plaster wherever required on exterior walls of height upto 10m above ground level in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chippings 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. inlcuding cost of providing grooves as per required pattern at site. Nothing extra on account of scaffolding shall be paid. The contractor should quote the rate accordingly.

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in superstructure with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying 1st quality Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm/400 x 400mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of conforming to IS : 13755 of ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, make in colour as approved by the Engineer In Charge , laid over 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make (ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA make in colour as approved by the Engineer In Charge of size 300 x 450mm/300x600mm in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles of Size 600mm x 600mm & approved Make (Kajaria /Orient/ RAK) (8-10 mm thickness) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 in colours/shades as approved by the Engineer-in-charge laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade.

P/F of PVC panelling of superior quality (as approved by the Engineer-in-charge) on walls including cost of the G.I Channel on back side, edge moulding and labour for fixing of panelling complete.

Providing Salwood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including applying a coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters :35 mm thick including ISI marked anodized aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws and Including applying priming coat with wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamel paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac)
