SCH 'A' Pt - XIII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION WORKS NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification Works) shall also be applicable.

M&L point wiring for light point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq.mmm PVC insulation unsheathed muilt-starnded FRLSH copper conductor 1100 Volts grade draw through in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit and conduit accessories, concealed in walls and terminatedto and including provision of modular metal flush boxes (metal switch board of any type and size) with modular metal frame plate and white cover for housing switch, sockets, regulators etc, including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conducotor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for the following points (Ser Item No 4.01 to 4.05) . NOTE;- The quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plate.

M & L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black, Green for single phase circuit) with multistanded copper conductors 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unshathered FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML no in & including medium grade in stove enameled steel, conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc ISI marked, including PVC insulated multistanded copper conductors 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly one light point/fan point controlled by one 16 amps one way flame proof switch. complete all as specified and as directed at site.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

M&L for cutting DI existing pipe and inserting cast iron Tee of size 200x200x100 mm flanged including fittings lead MJ Joint , gasket, nuts bolts, earth work all as per site requriement , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,lay ,connecting,jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe ISI marked to IS-8329-2000 (Reaffiremed-2005 Edition 4.1 of dia 100 mm with socket tyton joint suitable for "push on joint" in standard working length supplied with rubber gasket duly ISI marked for water supply ,class K9 with socket and with cement mortar lining inside the metalic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous paint on outside the pipe without polythlene sleeves but including :push on joint " supplied with ISI marked EPDM rubber gasket conforming to IS-5382-1985 (Reaffirmed-2003) with dual hardness of type-2 (bulb) and type-5 (Heat) quality laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 1050mm x 750mm x 1000mm (Internal dimension) with PCC 1:3:6 foundation 150mm thick, brick work 23cm thick built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50 mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick fixed with angel iron frame 50x50x6mm with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting ot MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V (EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY) shall also be applicable.

S & Fixing LT power distribution panel board with CRCA sheet and CPRI approved, indoor cubicle type, IP 54, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, free floor mounted front and back openable, made out of 3.15 mm thick cold rolled MS sheet of suitable size to accommodate the following items, vermin proof, dust proof, supported on and including ISMC 75 X 40mm powder coated steel frame and totally powder coated with epoxy siemen grey colour from inside and outside with locking arrangement and fixing arrangement i.e nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc, with naturally air cooled Aluminium bus bar 4 strip suitable for 200 Amps with detachable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cable including termination of cable ends both incoming and outgoing with sufficient working space inside and with PCC foundation including installing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed consisting of following (Refer item No 6.02 below) :-

S&F PVC moulded case Junction box outdoor type of size not less than 205X255X112 mm with hinged front open door including locking arrangment and with one no MCB SP 6 Amp with necessary clamps made out of 25 mm flat GI strip , nut,bolt etc and providing 3 core copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm from PVC junction box to Street light fitting in and including 25mm dia rigid non metallic PVC conduit with proper clamping complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 40 mm bore (for 1x35 watt LED fittings) light grade GI bracket 1.20 mtr long bent to shape by cutting welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 25x5mm suitable length 2 nos complete for steel tubular poles with nuts bolts and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on MS clamp complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing post top gate llight not less than 20 watt, powder coated aluminium die cast and spun aluminium body with clear/opal diffuser, suitable for landscape lighting available in 5700K CCT, IP-65 with suitable GI wire mesh for protection against monkey complete all as specified & directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -VIII (SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS) shall also be applicable.

M&L Brick masonry septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Base Slab , Baffle walls and precast cover slab etc with vent shaft , inspection chamber etc., complete with for 150 users complete all as specified (Ref Drg No. CEBZ/TD/77/2011)

M&L Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 2.4 M dia X 6.0 M effective depth complete all as specified & as directed. (Ref Drg No. CEBZ/TD/78/2011)

SUMMER APPLIANCES WORKS NOTE:- For items of SUMMER APPLIANCES WORKS notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -X (SUMMER APPLIANCES WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Supply and fixing Desert Cooler, heavy duty, Electric Driven (single phase) Body fabricated with 20 Gauge Galvanished iron sheet having a sump storage capacity of 80 Ltrs with air flow capacity not less than 4000 CUM/hour complete with submersible type water lift pump of suitable capacity fan with motor 450 mm sweep,Size min 4 feet hight, 230V AC Single Phase and all necessary fitting with switch including necessary fixing arrangements on frames alongwith S&F one No of float valve with aluminium rod of 15 mm dia, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing refrigerator double door, single phase AC 230 Volts, 50 Hz (BEE certified) with 5 star rating having ominal storage capacity of 310 ltrs , double door type with humidity controller complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing refrigerator, single phase AC 230 Volts, 50 Hz (BEE certified) with 5 star rating having ominal storage capacity of 195 ltrs single door type with humidity controller complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fixing, connecting and testing, automatic voltage stabilizer, wall mounted type, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type designed for input variation between 170 to 250 Volt and out put voltage stabilised at 230 Volts with accuracy of (+) 2.5% and capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified & as directed.
