Suuply & laying in repairs including testing and commissioning XLPE cable, PVC insulated, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm laid in trenches/road crosing complete

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for pole and stay foundation.

S & F in repairs AAC for binding purpose of not less than 0.9mm dia for tightening the conductors on poles complete all as direcetd.

M& L for surface excavation at E/M installations ,main receiving substation yard not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft / loose soil removing shrubs, small trees height up to 1.0 Mtrs , removing the grass from route as directed , Note : (i) Rate includes removing all waste material and grass not excceding 250 Mtrs distance from installation, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point and cleaning of yard Complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Repeated cleaning in each installation shall be measured and paid seperately with time interval of minimum 2 months.

M & L for laying grade aggregate of size 40 mm in E/M installation all as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanaised Iron cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete incl painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces incl taking down / dismantling the old items complete all as directed.

M & L for Aluminum pipe bus for 33 KV size 1.5" as per dimension laid down in IS : 2673

Supply and topping up transformer oil (Grade ‘B’) for topping up / complete replcement of oil in existing transformer, installed at various Sub Station and di-electric strength not less than 40 KV on 4mm over gap for a period of one minute complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The New oil shall be brought in to sealed container at site during the commencement of work.

M & L for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value of minimum 60 KV at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers 33/11KV and 11/0.433KV including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydration is required to be submitted by the contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

M&L for disconnecting electrical connection from HT and LT side including transporting the transformer to work shop within Goa area, dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the cover, coil assembly keep up the assembly in oven upto the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer, two coats of oil resistance painting internal (inside transformer) over a coat of red oxide primer, cleaning the core iron sheet laminations asssembly by oil complete,removing the carbon sediments, dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core, re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket , nut, bolts, refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including elecric conection testing and commissioning complete. Note: (i) Transportation of trnasformer shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Oil filtration,supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings shall be included the rate quoted (iv) Rewinding shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for transportation and lifting of transformer 11KV/433V of capacity upto 1000 KVA including loading and unloading by suitable capacity crane to workshop for repair as per SI Item Nos 91 in a load carrier vehicle from Electrical installations at INS mandovi area to workshop and returning back to site at its existing installation place all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs HT / LT MS cable route indicator with two Nos of nut, bolt and washers and provision of PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate of size 25cmx25cmx30cm in each at base buried under the ground incl necessary earth work complete all as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt mixed with 10% garden soil and 10 Kg bentonite powder, PCC pit chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete including removing old earthing and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

S & F in repalcement battery of 2 Volt , after dismatling the battery from battery bank and connect the new battery in existing stack of battery unit complete all specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Complete comprehensive maintenance and servicing of Battery bank installed at 33 KV Main Receiving station 110 Volt including checking functionality of PCB, Automatic float (40 amps) & boost (18 amps) battery charging unit suitable for 110 volt 150 AH lead acid battery, all electronic parts, battery terminal, outgoing connection of VCB, RMU, OLTC Panel, auto operation of Isolator etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Replacement of small piece of wire of sq area up to 1.5 sqmm (Control Ckt cable) of Max length 5 Mtrs asper colour code ,replacement of unseviceble indicator lamps, control circuit fuses, SP/SPN MCB's are included in quated rate.
