Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of 75 mm thick thick in RCC M20 concrete using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed - 75 mm thick

Body of ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50 and disc of ductile cast iron GGG 40 or GGG 50 with fully encapsulated EPDM rubber, where both faces can be used. Electrostatic epoxy powder/liquid coating (EP-P) inside and outside color blue RAL 5005 with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns. The EPDM rubber & Epoxy Powder should be approved by W 270. Supply and delivery of 150 Lpm x 125 m Head clear water vertical wet type submersible pumpset suitable for 150mm dia borewell conforming to IS 8034/2002 as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. Supply and delivery of 100 HP vertical Hollow/Solid shaft Squirrel cage induction motor (IS 325) suitable for the above pump continuous rated TEFC/SPDP type with Class ‘F’ insulation for operation in AC, three Phase/50 HZ (±5%), 415V (±10%) running with a speed of pump noted above and with inbuilt thrust bearing assembly capable of taking up the entire load and non - reverse ratchet assembly etc., complete. The motor rating noted above is the minimum and shall be such that it should never be over loaded when the pump works at MWL condition and shall be 10% over and above the maximum HP absorbed by the pump. The motor offered should be energy efficient to have maximum efficiency at high power factor. Separate thrust bearing assembly could also be supplied to take up the down load. Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MILD STEEL DOOR made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame,35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter.
