Supplying & erection of galvanized stay set for 33 KV O/H lines complete with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 mtrs long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cmX45cmX7.5mm thick, thimble, stay clamp, turn buckle (20mm X 600mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I stay wire and 33KV . Strain insulator etc. In cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying & erection of 11 KV . Disc insulator for 33 KV . Overhead lines with gavanized insulator fittings , ball & socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamp , bolts, nuts, washer, etc as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV , pin insulator with large steel hard GI pin, nut washer etc. as required.

Dismantling of O/H lines comprising of copper/aluminium over head conductor, G.I wire, cross arm, insulator etc as required. Disc insulator (08nos X 12 kg)=96 kg Pin insulator 33KV (06nos X 5 kg)=30 kg. =126 KG

Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5mtr, long 40mm, dia incuding accessories and providing masonry enlosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal coke and coke a required

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRL same work for 11KV. O/H line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50mm X 50mm X 6mm angle iron to form rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S flat iron clamps , bolts & nuts etc ( as per drawing ) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying of 6 SWG G.I. wire etc. as required.(2583 mtr x0.147 kg/mtr)=379.70kg

Fixing of 6/8 swg GI wire

Complete painting of poles with aluminium paint post applying Red oxide zinc chromate primer (two coat) .Assuming painting works to be completed for one number pole painting (105 poles ) with laour charge
