Labour for fitting and fixing of Deptt. ACC/GCI sheets in roof including drilling holes in wind ties & fixing of ridges, vallies,wind ties etc. including conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fitting and fixing Steel Angle Iron Door frame manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 40 mmx 40 mmx 6 mm size with cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tailed hold fasts made out of M.S. flats of size 200 mm x 50 mm x 30 mmx 5 mm thick welded to the frame at the rate of 6 nos per frame with 10 mm dia M.S round bar to be welded at the bottom at the bay with M.S. hinges of size 100 mm & 14SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos & 50 mm size one no for single leaf shutter aldrop, staple & tower bolt hinges duly welded to the frame with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including 1% cess as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in C:M (1:6) using 25cmx12cmx8 cm size bricks having crushsing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular, mouldings, and corbelling , champhering and similar such type of work , watering and curing etc . complete including cost , conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including 1% cess and as per the specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick masonry finished smooth after racking out of the joints including watereing and curing with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work including 1% cess as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc complete with all other T&P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from working area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including 1% cess. etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost ,conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials and labour required for the work as per specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement concrete (1:4:8) in foundation with 4cm nominal size of crusher broken hard granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including watering , curing with cost , conveyance, royality, taxes , labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work , finishing the exposed surface smooth , providing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete work (1:2:4) using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering , laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 28 days including finishing the exposed surface including cost , conveyance, royalties and taxes of all the materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
