Supply Installation, demonstration of scientific instruments & computers under PM USHA Programme

The Bidder should have implemented at least one IT Order in any government and Quasi-government institutions worth 80% of the tender value. Proof of the same should be uploaded.

The Bidder should be a Private Limited Company, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or Government Agency incorporated in India. A copy of the valid registration/incorporation certificate shall be enclosed as proof of legal entity status.

If the tenderer is an Authorized dealer/reseller, the manufacturers authorization form should be submitted for Computers and Scientific Instruments. Manufacturers authorization is mandatory. Any bids submitted by an authorized dealer or reseller without a valid authorization will result in disqualification

The compliance statement for the tender specifications of the bidder should be on the letterhead, as per the format

The bidder should have ISO9001 certification

PAN card copy, IT returns statement, Balance sheet, and profit & loss statement of financial year 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25.

Annual turnover statement certified by CA for the financial year 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. The annual turnover of the firm for the last 3 Years should not be less than Rs. 650 lakhs.

GST registration certificate

Signed Tender Application Form with the Name of the Firm with full Address, contact details, E-mail address, etc., on the letterhead of the bidder.

Notarized Self-declaration on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper as per Annexure E (Regarding Non-Black listing)

The Bidder should get the solution document approved by The Registrar (Administration), Maharani Cluster University, Bengaluru, confirming the compatibility of the proposed Computers and lab equipment, on or before the Bid submission date, and the approved solution document copy should be uploaded.
