M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 @ 5Kg/10 sqm complete all as directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) by using paving bitumen, VG 30 @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud,or water, scoring sunken suface in roads, paths etc cutting around the edges to at least 25mm in depth marking good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10Sqm, blinded with 0.09Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 30 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50 % binder content (bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compactad to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & fixing as in repair of "Cat Eyes " of size not more than 130 mm and height not more than 20 mm made out of strong engineering high impact resistant polymer with electronic welded lenses for retro reflective in dry and wet weather conditions along road complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying 2.5 mm thick hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide in uniform thickness with glass beads as per clause no 803 of MORTH specification including cleaning of roads surface, heating the materials with in specified tempreture limits for marking with all necessary arrangements required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying 2.5 mm thick hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint on roads, pavements and the like n. exc 10cm wide in uniform thickness with glass beads as per clause no 803 of MORTH specification including cleaning of roads surface, heating the materials with in specified tempreture limits for marking with all necessary arrangements required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Lobour for metal road delinators made out of 75mm bore medium grade MS pipe of length 80cm embeded with PCC 1:3:6 of size 30cm x30cm x 30cm using 20mm graded stone aggregate 30cm below road level including taking down existing corroded/broken delinators and applying tow coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome paint and fixing with high intensity prismatic reflective tapes of 137.5mm width red colour in 2 pieces and 137.5mm yellow/white colour 1 piece alternatively all as specified and directed by GE.

Preparation of old external treated surface of concrete/kerb stone surfaces, facias, cornices etc by complete removing all scale, loose material dust etc and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal (Apex) paint over one coat of Birla/JK wall care putty and applied as per manufacturers instruction complete specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Solar road studs having 3 LEDs of colour red/yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure casted aluminium alloy of size 125 x 125mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, solar -cells, 1600MAH battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof, system workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10hours complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by using mechanical air blower of adequate capacity as directed to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly one coat of water based bituminous road marking thinable paint of black colour on prepared black top surfaces. Rate of application shall not be less than 1 Ltr/20Sqm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and GE.

Taking down old sign board of any description including frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing with stainless steel frame including necessary clamps etc retro-reflective double sided road name signboards comprising of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) mill finished or PDVF coated or as specified as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film. The aluminium composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be routed, folded and fixed on the stainless steel frame with VHB tape, 24mm wide and 2.3mm thick provided through out the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping ss screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no reveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front and back face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet confirming to Type-XI or IRC: 67:2012 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet which will be over laid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create a desired road name information message, The rate shall include all materials, labour,equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 50mm dia and 1.80mm thickness of wall stainless steel pipe for framing of sign board including cuttng, welding and framing of stainless steel structure complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.
