Taking down carefully old unserviceable HT UG cable of any size from thetrenches and keeping aside for reuse/offering credit depending on itsserviceability state complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for supply, laying & testing UG cable XLPE insulated, earthed screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earth grade, of size 3 core cross sectional area 240 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Test Certificate from the original manufacturer for XLPE HT Cable 3 Core 240 Sqmm and testing at site using HT megger in prescribed format as provided by Engineer-In-Charge to be submitted before laying the cable.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6 using 40mm stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete as required at site complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor end termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT 11000 Volts, 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joint kit, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT 11000 Volts, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Laying in GI tubing light grade of size 150 mm with necessary fittings for cable protection laid in trenches/fixed on wall / floor/road crossing etc including necessary clamps bolts and nuts complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The Gl tubing is to be laid by joining them by using threading/cutting as per site requirement, all the cutting/threading jobs as per site requirement is included in the above quoted rate.

M&L for horizontal directional drilling /boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing at a depth of minimum 2 m for laying of XLPE HT cable 3 Core of size 240 Sqmm by trenchless technology with suitable HDPE duct at various locations as per site requirement including survey of site information collection regarding underground utilities, sensing of utilities by sensing equipment, pit making, pilot drilling, pre reaming pulling HDPE duct of suitable size in single roll, pulling HT UG XLPE cable through installed HDPE duct and closing of pits with excavated soil, consolidating pit, including road restoration, as directed by Engineer-In Charge using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of minimum size 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed Note: Guide line detail and technical specifications as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of DWC high density polyethylene pipes having outer dia 120/103 mm inner dia as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surface on the inner wall surface conforming to IS: 14930 (Part -I & Part-II) for protection of underground cable XLPE HT Core of size 240 Sqmm laid in ground/on floor/in PCC on GL and including all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for reinforced cable route indicator made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) having 15 cm square shape at top and 30 cm square shape at bottom and total height of 100 cm fabricated as per shown in drawing of external electrification system and grouted into PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as per site requirement including embossed with "HT 11 KV cable" in synthetic enamel Paint and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil as directed by Engineer-in-charge
