Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level up to floor Five level (by manual means) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position. First class kail wood.

Providing, Laying, Watering, Compacting with hand roller GSB with agg. size 90 mm granular sub base material finished work to be measured. Including carriage of materials by mechanical transport from source of supply up to site of work Including all carriages up to site of work complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excl. rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering lead up to 50m and lift up to 50 m.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix.1: 6 (1 cement: 6 : coarse sand)

Cement concrete flooring 50 mm thick in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size -crushed) finished with a floating coat of neat cement incl. cement slurry, but excl. the cost of nosing of steps etc. Including all carriages up to site of work complete

Providing and fixing of pre coated galvanized iron high rib or tile profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT), zinc coating 120 gms. As per IS : 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns , sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 meter . The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts washers or G.I limpet washers filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excl. the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and incl. cutting to size and shape wherever reqd.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 mm overall width ornamental color coated G.S sheets fixed with nails / J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia. G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete. (0.63 mm)

Providing and fixing planed eaves boarding of first class kail wood of size 300 x 40 mm complete.

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles (antiskid) 300x300mm thickness to be specified by manufactures) of Ist quality conforming of IS: 13755 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in color such as white, ivory, Grey, fume red brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc compete.

Providing & fixing 35 mm thick paneled or paneled and glazed shutters of first class Kail wood for doors, windows & clerestory windows incl. ISI marked black enameled M.S Butt hinges with necessary screws incl. Paneling/glazing Window shutters with 4.0 mm glass pans incl. beadings.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauze shutters of first class Kail wood using galvanized M.S wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows incl. ISI marked bright or / and black enameled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick door shutters made of first class kail wood including 18 mm thick ply board panels of matching shade incl. ISI marked anodized aluminum butt hings with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick carved ornamental door shutters made of first-class deodar wood including polishing two or more coats with sprit polish and necessary beadings, nails complete job.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished Granite of any color or shape (pre molded and pre polished), machine cut for Kitchen platform, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of reqd. size and approved shade, color and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1: 4 (1ccement:4 course sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, incl. rubbing, curing, molding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Area of slab up to 0.50 Sqm) 18 mm thick

Wall Lining Butch work with Dholpur Stone 40 mm thick rough facing on the exposed surface with stone strips of minimum length 230 mm and reqd. width incl. embedding every tenth layer and bottom most layer in masonry or concrete after making necessary chases of size 75 x 75 mm and by providing layer of 75 mm thick strips incl. 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 course sand) incl. ruled pointing in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement:2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the stone complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
