Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description & in any position not specifically provided complete including dismantling of floor tiles etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition ) of any description in any position not specifically provided complete complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar and including removal from the site complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete flooring type B-1, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for bedding of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on vertical surfaces for backing of tiles etc complete all as specified.
