Balance work for construction of block of 4 (four) dwelling units in double storey construction (G+1) for ORs with RCC framed structure at Hudson Lines (Lucknow) complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as per details given below considering part %age of works pending as shown in yard stick for balance work as per Appendix A1 on srl page Nos. 343 & 344 of tender documents:- :- (i) Externally Grit Wash Finish complete - 14 Blocks. (ii) Floor Finishing & Paving in Ground Floor - 40 Blocks. (iii) Floor finishing complete in First Floorm - 40 Blocks. Construction of a block of Garbage bin at hudson lines Lucknow complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Lumpsum cost worked by the contractor for rectification of defects for all the locations/ blocks as mentioned/ listed in Appendix A-4 enclosed as Serial Page Nos. 347 to 350.

Schedule'A' Section-III (Part-B) (Internal Electrification Works)

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor wires and one run of 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor wire with different colour as earth continuity conductor connected to continuous earth in existing concealed conduits & pressed sheet steel metal box but with new 3mm thick hylam sheet/ phenolic cover for one light/ fan/ call/ exhaust fan point controlled by one switch after taking down carefully existing wiring (light, fan, socket or power as required or directed) (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc to be kept in safe costody for re-use at site) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified. Notes:- (i) Old wiiring materials other than fittings as obtained after taking down shall be contractor's property and credit @ Rs. 50/- per point shall be recoveedr from the contrctor's RAR's/ final bill. (ii) Old fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc shall be fixed at its exising position after renewal of wiring and quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of this provision also & nothing extra shall be admissible on this ground.

Supply and fixing of 18 Watt high efficiency LED tube light fittings with tube as per Bajaj Cat. Ref No. BCLSB 18 WATT (112409) or equivalent model of make: Havells or Wipro or Philips as approved by PM.

Supply and fixing of 10 Watt high efficiency LED tube light fittings with tube as per Bajaj Cat. Ref No. BCLSB 10 WATT (112407) or equivalent model of make: Havells or Wipro or Philips as approved by PM.

Supply and fixing of 20 Watt weather proof LED street light fittings with lamp as per Bajaj Cat. Ref No. BCLST 20 W LED I V2 or equivalent model of make: Havells or Wipro or Philips as approved by PM.

Supply and fixing of 7 Watt decorative type wall light fittings having stainless steel housing, cone shaped frosted glass diffuser fixed in decorative stainless steel ring suitable for 7 Watt LED bulb but without bulb of make: Bajaj or Havells or Wipro or Philips as approved by PM.

Supply and fixing of 7 Watt retrofit type 2 pin LED bulb of make: Bajaj or Havells or Wipro or Philips as approved by PM.

Supply and fixing of 12 Watt sleek surface mounted LED downlight with AL die-cast body prewired up to connection point as per Bajaj Cat. Ref No. BGSLO SLEEK SURFACE 12 W WH RD or equivalent model of make: Havells or Wipro or Philips as approved by PM.

Schedule'A' Section-VIII (Solar Water Heating System Works)

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of thermosyphonic type solar water heating system of 100 LPD capacity. The solar water heating system shall comprise of the following:-

(a) Supply and fixing cylindrical type hot water tank of capacity, 100 litres made of stainless steel sheet 1.60mm thick including insulation with PUF 50mm thick of 40 kg/cum density covered with SS 430 stainless steel cladding with 1mm thick sheet and staging all as specified & directed.

(b) Supply and fixing 1 No collector flat type of capacity 100 ltrs and having dimensions 2033 x 1033 x 100mm ISI marked including cover plate, collector box, absorber, insulation and mild steel staging all specified & directed.

(c ) Fabricating, supply & fixing of water make up tank of 5 litre capacity made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet including 15 mm bore float valve (ISI Marked), painting 2-coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on external surface & internal surface shall be painted with 2- coats of black bituminous paint all as specified & directed.

(d) Supply & fixing temperature gauge ISI Marked dial type having range 0-100 ᵒC.

(e) Water connections from collectors to hot water tank including Gl pipes and insulations.

(f) The water tank having only single (01) compartment.

Supplying & fixing to wall/ chasses/ celling or laying in floor insulation of pipes used in internal water supply or plumbing all around with 50mm CFC free PUF insulation of 40 kg/meter cube or higher density for 20mm nominal bore.

Testing and commisioning of thermosyphonic type solar water heating system of 200 LPD capacity with hot water tank of capacity 200 litres and 02 Nos collector having 4 equal compartments installed at roof top of (G+1) DUs at Hudson line complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included all necessary materials, labour and T&P as required for this item. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Schedule'A' Section-IX (Part-B) (Street Lighting Works)

Supply & fixing of die cast aluminium energy saving fixture along with all accessories suitable for 150W SV lamp having electrochemically brightened polished & anodized finished POT optic aluminium reflector cast aluminium cover along with toughened heat resistant clear curved glass for lamp housing compartment. The lamp housing should be IP65 & Control gear should be IP 54 as per Bajaj/Wipro Cat. Ref. No- BGWRL 150 SV/ WST 71150 or as directed by Project Manager.

Supply & fixing of die cast aluminium energy saving fixture along with all accessories suitable for 150W MH lamp having electrochemically brightened polished & anodised finished POT optic aluminium reflector cast aluminium cover along with toughened heat resistant clear curved glass for lamp housing compartment. The lamp housing should be IP65 & Control gear should be IP 54 as per Wipro WSH50150 or as directed by Project Manager.

Supply & fixing of sodium vapour lamp type 70W post top lantern type Wipro Cat. Ref. No- WPS 27071 or equivalent, complete with control gear cover etc with lamp 70W HPSV, connection PVC cable 3 X 2.5 sqmm copper conductor with 3 mtrs. long 50 mm dia Gl pipe, foundation complete as directed by Project Manager.

Supplying installation testing & commissioning of 9 mtr high pole base plate size 220 x 220 x 12 mm size pole fabricating out of medium grade tapered pole octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal conforming to BSEN 100 25 or equivalent with base plate Fe 410 conforming to IS 2062 of suitable thickness with provision of 4 Nos. foundation bolts EN 8 Gr. The pole shall be hot dip galvanized as per IS 4759/BSEN1461 standards with average coating thickness of 65 micron, inspection/ housing for MCB, complete end termination etc. with grouting of base plate in concrete foundation 1:2:4 concrete with nonshrink polymeric water proof grouting compound admixture (of CICO or equivalent) including excavation, earth work, refilling etc. including providing single arm hang bracket 1.2 mtr. as shown in drawing. (All poles should be prewired from Junction Box to fixture with 2.5 sq.mm size of wires.) Note : Earth work, excavation & cement concrete for foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Feeder Pillar should be having following accessories & as directed by project manager and with use of timer controls (in the feeder pillars) with control to reduce the lighting be created as:- (i) 6 PM to 10 PM-100% (ii) 10 PM to 02 AM-66% (iii) 2 AM to 6 AM-33% (Setting of timer as per this is contractor responsibility) Note : Earth work, excavation & cement concrete for foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

HIGH MAST Supply, fixing, Testing & commissioning of 12.5 M high mast shaft and cross section of mast 20 side polygon in two sections suitable for 50m/sec wind speed, material construction S 355 grade as per BS - EN10025 and Standard of galvanization as per BS EN ISO 1461, with raising lowering system comprising, head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 6 Nos. luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. Wiring of luminaries with PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores as mentioned in perticular specification. Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as Specified soil investigation report, as directed by project manager (Inclusive of fixing as specified below). Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. Note : Earth work, excavation & cement concrete for foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F of M.V Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20 x 15 cm size. Notice plate three language (English + Hindi + local language) should be used in danger notice plate.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, mass concrete filling complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, concrete filling complete all as specified.

Returning filling in soft soil, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm, in soft soil complete all as specified.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland for following sizes of XLPE sheathed, XLPE insulated, aluminium conductor armoured cabte of 1.1 KV grade including aluminium thimbles and connections etc, complete all as specified :-

Earthing for poles & other machinery/ equipment using GI wire as earthing lead and earthing complete with galvanized steel earth pipe electrode 40mm bore medium grade 2.5m length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 meters below ground level connceted with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanized iron steel wire all as shown in plate No. 4 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including earth pit and trench, excavation, removal of surplus soil, PCC pit cover with fitting hook, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, charcoal, salt, testing.

Earthing complete with galvansed steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0mm dia with bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including PCC pit and PCC pit cover, funnel with watering pipe of GI 20mm bore medium grade, protection pipe of GI 20/25 mm bore, wire mesh, copper lugs etc. including testing and connecting lead from test point to main switch or switch board or equipment to be earthed all complete as specified and shown on Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 on page No. 497. (GI wire from test point shall be measured separately)

GI earth wire 8 SWG (4mm dia) along with LT cable for pole earthing.

Supply and laying in position GI pipes 80mm bore light grade with all fittings for protection of cables complete all as specified.

Supply and laying in position GI pipes 40 mm bore light grade with all fittings for protection of cables complete all as specified.

Removing & handing over to MES all existing lighting Poles', fittings & power cables which retrievable including making sure the uninterrupted working of other existing street lights etc. complete as directed by PM.
