Dismantling tile work in floors and Walls laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness, jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing water proofing treatment to following Location : Toilets, Utility area and Balcony. Apply BLOCK C750 BOSCOLASTIC, a high performance acrylic polymer based two component cementitious waterproofing coating on the pre-damp prepared surface. Empty liquid component in a clean mixing container, and slowly add the Powder component whilst stirring using a slow speed (500-600 rpm) heavy-duty electric drill with a suitable paddle.The mixed BLOCK C750 BOSCOLASTIC shall be applied onto the prepared substrate using a hard bristle brush or block brush

The application of BLOCK C750 BOSCOLASTIC shall be done in a minimum of two coats on the horizontal & vertical areas, the 1st coat in one direction and 2nd coat in a direction perpendicular to the 1st coat. Leave the 1st coat to set between 1 to 2 hours before applying the 2nd coat. If the 1st coat is left overnight, the surface shall be dampened before subsequent applications. The final coat must be sprinkled with sand at a consumption of 1kg/sqm to create the mechanical anchor for the subsequent layer like screed on floor and protection plaster on vertical areas. The 35kg of BLOCK C750 BOSCOLASTIC pack shall cover 20-25sqm area in two coats. The membrane should be sprinkle cured for 7 days. The cured membrane shall have properties such as; Adhesion to Concrete of >1MPa as per ASTM D4541, Tensile Strength of >1MPa as per ASTM 2370, Elongation of >200% as per ASTM D2370, Water Permeability as per EN12390 Part 8 shall be NIL @5bar. The treatment to include cleaning and wire-brushing the concrete surface, treating all the cracks (wider than hairline), construction joints and honeycombs by grouting with specialised non-shrink Cementitious compound, grouting the annular space between the pipe and concrete / masonry, providing and applying a protective screed 15mm thick, CM 1:4 plaster admixed with integral waterproofing compound, curing, at all levels and heights, etc., complete.
