Excavating over areas exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Cost of Design Mix and testing report as per tender conditions shall in included in the rate quoted )

M & L for RCC M30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Cost of Design Mix and testing report as per tender conditions shall in included in the rate quoted )

M & L for RCC M30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Cost of Design Mix and testing report as per tender conditions shall in included in the rate quoted )

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished curved surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished curved surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1.60 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceilings in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and fair mixing with WPC complete all as specified and as directed. Note- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) exceeding 50 m but not exceeding 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for 100mm dia cast Iron vent pipe 'J"type all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 100 mm nominal dia ductile iron pressure pipe for water mains, centrifugally cast, spigot and socket ends (for push on joints), class K9 in any length complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rubber gasket joints (push on joints) for spigot/socket end ductile iron water mains/ductile iron specials complete for 100 mm nominal dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying cast iron specials, 100 mm nominal dia for mechanical and push on flexible joints for cast iron or ductile iron pressure pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for forming Construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade "A" after priming the contact surfaces using suitable primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 150 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 50 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 4 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 16 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 100 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cablfCe perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

Dismantling of the existing valve chamber & M & L for construction of new valve chamber of size 900 mm X 900 mm X 900 mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PPC foundation (1:3:6) type C-2 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work in CM 1:6 with 10 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4, 4 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm MS angles complete with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide prime on all metal works & three coats of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chambers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
