Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed.

P/L of dry stone soling duly hand packed including all carriages loading unloading complete job before laying of mud mate in trenches incl. all carriages of material involved & head load.

Filling available excavated earth in sides of trench and floors .

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cost of centering and shuttering: 1:4:8 (1 cement 4: coarse sand 8 graded stone crushed agg.40mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in upto plinth level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with (M-20Mix) 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size- crushed.)

Providing/laying in position specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering . (M-15 Mix) 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size- crushed.)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 150, landings, balconies, shelnes, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases upto floor V level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with (M-20 Mix) 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size- crushed.) Incl all carraiges of material involved.

Centring and shuttering including strutting proping and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete (Thermomechanically Treated Bars) Incl. carraige and head load qty vide item no.4 ,6

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure in cement mortar in 1:6 mix incl carraige of bricks upto site of work complete including extra upto floor
