(One job means 8 hour's duty). For Three Shift (6am-2pm, 2pm - 10pm & 10pm to 6am).

Providing services of CLERK, ENQUIRY CLERK for maintaining various records and various daily up keeping works and Bill Clerk for preparation of monthly salary bill for division office due drawn statement on PIMS, maintanance of filing records, dispatch for various category of official work, daily up keeping of bill seat for PWD Sub Division (Duty hours 9:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Providing Services of computer operator/ Data Entry Operator (Highly Skilled ) for Operating day to day Computer System, Miscellaneous typing work computing data preparation of reports, updating website as required and all other computer work for office as per table having good knowledge of working in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet etc. between office hours and all working days, (i.e eight hours duty including half hour lunch break) complete as per direction and satisfaction of In-Charge.

Providing services of Messenger for delivering and receiving Dak from division office to various sub division offices. Dak will be delivered within Delhi state jurisdiction PWD, GNCTD New Delhi. Service will include all conveyance/transport charges etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services of Peon for day to day office work like opening of the office, cleaning of desk, table, providing water, tea & dak runner etc. work as per attached table between office hours and all working days, (i.e eight hours duty including half hour lunch break) complete as per direction and satisfaction of In-Charge.

Sweeping and cleaning of floors, Brooming, mopping and cleaning of walls (inside-Outside) ceiling daily in various Sub Division offices wherever required to keep it neat and clean during the operation hours i.e. from 08.00AM to 12.00 PM daily with detergent, phenyle, wiper, duster, broom, water etc. required complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge (The material required for sweeping and cleaning purpose shall be arranged by the contractor for which nothing extra shall be paid).
