Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each with shutters of any description (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel frame for doors of size 125x60mm fabricated out & 1.25 mm thick sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lungs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate filling in chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel frame for doors of size 105x60mm fabricated out & 1.25 mm thick sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate filling in chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, both face covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match fixed with suitable adhesive, including provision of suitable blocks for taking mortice locks, latches or other fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100 mm long stainless steel hinge, type B-21, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded sections complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium handles fabricated type complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 250 mm long aluminium alloy sliding door bolt , bolt type and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy, complete all as specified and directed.
