Up gradation of Current Meter Rating Trolley CMRT facility including training spare parts and Annual Maintenance Contract AMC under National Hydrology Project NHP for CWPRS Pune 24

Upgradation of exiting Current Meter Rating Trolley which include the following items of works in conformity to the specifications given in Section VII – Works Requirement

Design, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of i) The new power transmission system from AC main panel, without noise, sparking, spike and surge free power supply along with minimum 30KVA or better stabilizer with proper earthing. ii) State-of-the-art servo motors along with gear box assembly, iii) Servo drives motion control system (on board & remotely placed) with precise speed control in speed range 0.01 – 7.5 m/s. iv) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), v) On board computerised real time data acquisition system, vi) Remotely placed real time data acquisition system at control room, vii) Development of data processing software viz. SCADA, HMI or better software, viii) New position sensors (light barriers or better technology) all along the length of the tank, ix) Repair and Realignment of existing rails x) Main four drive wheels with appropriate material and case hardening compatible with system, xi) Distance measuring wheel xii)Eight guide wheels with appropriate material and case hardening compatible with system, xiii) Efficient, reliable &compatible brakes system along with alarm.

Construction of control room with door shall have dimensions of 2.1 m (L) x 2.1m (W) x 2.5m (H).

Dismantling of existing shrouded bus bar system, light barrier sensors, components, equipments and materials including transportation
