Supply of perforated G.I. Pipe 40 mm Inner diameter (50 O/D) of 3 mtr. Long ( For earthing ) ISI marked of make (TATA / Jindal) and driven the said pipes in the soil with filling pentonite powder in the pit as per Indian Standard, approved drawing & design of WBSEDCL and direction of Supervisory Officer.

Supply of Hot Dip G.I.flat 65x6 mm and earthing of PTRs Neutral & Body and different Structures, Shielding Poles and Equipments by rising the flat from Earth mat / Pit by mean of welding & bolting as per Indian Standard, approved drawing & design of WBSEDCL and direction of Supervisory Officer. Welding must be done with using good quality sticker and G.I. Spray, including proper scraping and smoothing the surface.

Hot Dip Galvanisation & Fabrication (as per standard drawings) of Iron materials (MS Angle, MS Channel, MS Flat etc will be Supplied by WBSEDCL) & cleanning till good surface finish (the minimum coating of the zinc comply with IS:2629 and IS:2633).
