Outsourcing of services for maintenance and operation of the Sewage Treatment Plant No I of capacity 100Cum/day to maintain operation level by providing One FGM per shift of 8 hours for 02 shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services for maintenance and operation of the Sewage Treatment Plant No II of capacity 400Cum/day to maintain operation level by providing One FGM per shift of 8 hours for Two shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services for maintenance and operation of the Sewage Treatment Plant No III of capacity 75Cum/day to maintain operation level by providing One FGM per shift of 8 hours for Two shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services for maintenance of STP No I & II including house keeping, cleaning of surrounding area upto 6m distance from the plant including removal of sludge from the fitter bed and keeping aside for drying and burying in ground at the locations shown by Engineer in Charge by providing Two Unskilled labourers per shift of 08 hours for Two shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as directed.

All as per item No 4 above but for Sewage Treatment Plant No III by providing Two Unskilled labour per shift of 08 hours for Two shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for the serial item No 01 to 05: Contractor shall maintain daily log sheet at each STP all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

All T&P for operating, repair and maintenance are deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted.

All stationary for Duty Roster, Attendance register, Wages register, Log sheet book, maintenance record etc., shall be arranged, maintained and submitted by the contractor to Engineer in charge in the first week of every month.

Any loss due to negligence, faulty operation shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Wage period shall not exceed one month. Wages for all workers employed shall be paid before 7th day of every month through bank account without fail irrespective of whether RAR is claimed or not.

Non compliance on the part of contractor for not making payment of wages to workers as stipulated above shall attract penalty at the rate of Rs 100.00 per shift per worker from RAR/Final Bill. No claim whatsoever on this account will be entertained.

Minimum wages, EPF, ESI, Bonus etc., to the workers shall be paid by the contractor as per Regional Labour/PF Commissioner Gazette Notification including DA all as authorised.

Labour elements for topping up consumables, fixing of spares/parts mentioned in this schedule/BOQ as 'Supply Only' shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.

The workers employed by the contractor for outsourcing shall be entitled for one day weekly off and the contractor has to provide suitable substitute in the concerned shifts. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for this provision.

Supply only gear oil of 10W 30 Grade for gear box to the required level complete all as specified.

Supply and charging Sodium Hypochlorite solution Grade-I as per IS 11673-1992, concentration 8-10% by weight for treatment of sewage water at STP as per IS and manufacturers recommendations complete as all as directed. Make: M/s Rayalaseema Alkalies or equivalent as approved by GE. Note: Sodium hypochlorite shall be brought to site in manufactuerer's sealed container alongwith test certficate for each batch before claiming payment.

M&L, removal and replacement of existing Aerator fan blades and Clarifier fan blades, carrying out necessary repair work in patches to platform bridge in cement mortar 1:3, carrying to repairs to shutter for smooth functioning etc., for the entire Sewage Treatment Plant at STP No III all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.
