(ii) Engine Instrument panel: All relevant parameters shall be conventionally displayed for easy monitoring of lubricant oil, pressure/coolant temperature, battery charging, ammeter, RPM meter, hour meter and starting switch as directed. (iii) Fuel Tank : Fuel tank of appropriate capacity run will be installed as per manufacturers requirement including all necessary pipe connections from fuel tank to engine and over flow from engine to tank. (iv) Alternator : 62.5KVA/50KW output at NTP three phase 50 cycle, 415volts, 4 wire, AC supply 0.8 PF at 1500RPM. This shall be self regulating self excited screen protected and drip proof type continuously rated, brushless type , confirming to relevant IS/BS code as per current/latest manufacturing schedule of standard manufacturer. (v) Engine alternator shall be mounted on specially designed base plate of rigid welded construction with anti vibration pads mounting and low noise level. (vi) PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate platform of DG set base size, length and width including foundation bolts and nuts as recommended by the manufacturer design work.

(vii) Maintenance and operation manual, spare parts catalogue, routine maintenances chart- 02 Nos, shall be provided for engine and alternator. (viii) Control panel: The standard control panel shall be floor mounting type for indoor use fabricated out of steel sheet and equipped with all digital measuring parameters, protection with consisting of control cubical tripping safety devices against over load/short circuit/earth fault and controls, i.e. suitable capacity of MCCB etc all as specified and as directed. (ix) One No. 1x40W box type FTL fitting with all accessories including suitable size of MCB with enclosure and copper wiring complete in PVC flexible conduit in Gen set cabinet, all as specified and as directed. – 01 each Note: Semi rotary hand operated pump with cast iron impeller for filling of fuel tank from 200liters barrel by placing underneath on floor with all pumping work.
