Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved brand and manufacturer and required shade on undecorated wall surface to give even shade over 2.20 lt/10 sqm i/c one coat of primer applied 1.67 lt /10 sqm coat curing and cost of all materials labour ,t&p etc required for proper completion of work for two coat

brick on laid flat flooriing with first class bricks with 1:4 CM in proper alignment also including cost of all material labour and T&P complete required for proper comletion of work.

Providing & Laying 4.0 cm thick C.C. floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") graded approved stone ballast, laid in panels finished with 3mm (1/8") floating coat of neat cement and giving them a uniform finish including labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work without cost of materials.
