Providing and laying in position seperation membrane of 125 micron thick impermeable plastic sheet of make IPCL Shivalik or equivalent make in transparent white color over the surface of D.L.C. complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

providing and making sawcut longitudinal joints between two lanes including cost of providing protective coating of bituminous paint for 75 mm on each side of joint on tie bars, intially 3-4mm wide cut shall be make upto 1/3 depth of slab and sealed temporarily with a jute rope. at the time of sealing of the joint temporary seal shall be made upto a depth 17mm. beore sealing the joint 2 mm thick conpressinle de-bounding strips with paper back shall be inserted to the bopttom of the groove. the groove shall be filled with polysulphide/silicon sealant. the sealant shall be applied slightly to a lower level than the slab wiith a tolerance of 2+1 mm complete in all respect as per approved drawng and entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge.

Extra for making rough surface of the concrete pavement of providing non slippery surface by mechanical cutter for safe playing of vehicles as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and laying curing of concrete by curing compound (Sink curing compound S-102) or equirement compound.

Providing and laying in position machine batched machine mixed cement concrete (R.M.C) of grade M-40 with cement content not less then 420 Kg/Cum imparting minimum compressive strength of 40 MPA at days. For laying on road including the cost of steel from work of steel cost of admixture in recommended proportions (as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability and including pumping concrete with pumps if required. The ready mix concrete is to be procured from plants of A.C.C/L&T BIRLA, Lefarge, altratech, mangla , redimix if as avoided by Engineer in charge at Delhi or Gurgaon. The finishing of the laid cement concrete with the surface vibrator and mechanical trowel including cost of safe in arrnangement and chowkidar etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
