Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 20 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating Nos. deposited layers by rammeing and watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a all leads and lifts in all kind of soils.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement :6sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering and consolidating upto all lead and lift.

Boulder/ stone soling hand packed i/c filling interstics with spells and sand including watering and ramming complete.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (a) Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts, Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

c) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides of soffits of beams, beam, hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtr. In depth in all heights from floors.

d) vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth, and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- (A) Foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level.

c) Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3sand :6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in :- Walls including attached buttresses, pillasters and their caps and bases string courses upto floor two level.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level. Tor steel.

Providing brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above level upto floor two level in cement mortor 1:6 (1cement : 6sand).in Ist class bricks.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fare side of brick/ stone/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1:6(1cement :6sand).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand: 4graded stone aggreate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 50mm thick

Providing & fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted irom J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded with built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint. (a) In trusses and trussed purlins in building.

(b) In grating framed guard bars, ladders railing, brackets &similar work.

Providing & fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. round holding down or anchor bolts with nuts and washers complete.

First class brick flooring laid dry and grouted with cement mortar 1: 4 (1Cement : 4 sand) including finishing the joints. 7 cm thich (using conventional bricks)

Finishing wall with weather proofing exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (2 coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the suface to remove all dirt, dust & other foreign matter etc. i/c sand paper smooth complete.

Demolition of brick work above G.L. upto floor two level including staking of serviceable material and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all lead.

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50 Metres depth and disposal of un-serviceable material within all lead. Un-reinforceed cement concrete upto 15 cm thickness.

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting patches in proper shape and replasteing the surface of the wall incuding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within all lead.

Providing & fixing angle iron door, window, clerestory window frame manufactured from MS angle iron section of 50x50x6mm, thickness including hinges jumb, lock jamb, beed and if required angle hrashold of mld steel angle 50x25 mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanicla means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb i/c steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with provison for locking arrangement and shock observer as specified and aplying a coat of appoved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-Chief.

Providing & fixing 1mm thick MS sheet garrage door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron 3.15mm m.s gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complte including applying a priming coat of red lead paint. Using MS angles 40x40x6 mm for diaganal braces.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) over new steel and other metal surface either enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.- Enamel paint other than white.
