Repair of damaged roof after complete removal existing treatment incl padding, cleaning the surface using wire brush brooming down and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated :- (i) Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on existing roof surface true to level after applying cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm.. ii) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm(minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing.

Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (b) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction. (c) APP based polymeric membrane shall be “SUPER THERMOLAY” manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or “ MOPLY FP 3mm” manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd & equivalent of Shivam Tar product. d) One coat of Aluminium paint of approved brand to be provided over the APP membrane.

Supply and fix in repair CP corner glass shelf with bracket of size 25 x 25 cm fixed to plugs with brass screws on wall complete all as directed. Make:Jaquar Cat No ACN-1173 or equivalent make as specified in list of makes.
