Cleaning of semi underground sump by draining / pumping of water/ removing sludge from bottom removing algaes and other growth from wall/floor/ roofs by high pressure cleaning method with rotary jets with approved detergent fubbing with vaccum cleaner sucking out all dirty water disinfecting the sump with chemical treatment (Chemical approved by FOA/WHO) to make the sump totally clean bacteria free of 250000 gallons capacity two compartment at pump house all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 01 above but capacity of Semi under Ground Sump 1,00,000 Gallons in two compartment all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 01 above but capacity of Semi under Ground Sump 50000 Gallons in three compartment all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 01 above but capacity of Semi under Ground Sump 25000 Gallons all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting & blocking of incoming washout and outgoing pipes by making suitable arrangements to avoid chocking of pipe line, removing total water from the tank manually & depositing the same in low lying areas all as directed cleaning the overhead tank from in side by using high pressure cleaning method with rotary jet wilth approved detergent rubbing/ scrapping wall / floor /ceiling with wet vaccum cleaner sucking out all dirty water and disinfecting the tank chemical treatment (chemical approved by FOA/WHO) to make sump totally cleaned and bacteria free including painting (with size of letter 100 mm Bold letters)+ pit cover marking date of cleaning on over head tank 75000 gallons capacity all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 05 above but capacity of Over Head reservoir 50000 Gallons (Note for Srl Item No 01 to 06 here in before : (i) The unit quoted rate deemed to be including draining of water with mechanical equipment and working in water and mud etc. (ii) The unit quoted rate deemed to be include all safety precautions which shall be taken while working on RCC over head tank / underground sump during execution of the job. (iii) Lighting arrangements if required to be provided by the contractor temporarily at his own arrangements. (iv) Contractor will not be allowed more than one day to do the work inside the each OH Tank / UG sump to prevent interruption of water supply to the users.

Dismantling the power supply of electric motor 3 phase, any type including dismantling from pump and taking to workshop and back with necessary transportation and opening the complete motor and rewinding the rotor with super enameled copper wire as per the existing gauge with necessary insulation, sticks and varnishing, including replacement of shaft bearing 02 Nos and motor terminals plate/cable ducts complete of capacity 30 HP including painting complete all as directed.

All as per Srl item No 07 above but capacity 10HP electric motor any type.

All as per Srl item No 07 above but capacity 5 HP electric motor any type.

Dismantling the power supply of electric motor single phase, any type including dismantling from pump and taking to workshop and back with necessary transportation and opening the complete motor and rewinding the rotor with super enameled copper wire as per the existing gauge with necessary insulation, sticks and varnishing, including replacement of shaft bearing 02 Nos and motor terminals plate/cable ducts complete of capacity 03 HP including painting complete all as directed.

Dismantling centrifugal pumping set of 30 HP capacity DSM after disconnecting electric supply complete to carry out the repair/replacement of UNSV/worn out spare parts, nuts bolts, washer etc and re-assembling the pump sets on its original position and testing for its proper functioning all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts for replacement and making functional shall be measured and paid separately against respective items.

Note :- Unserviceable HDPE pipe required to be replaced shall be measured as supply only under respective item of BOQ

Dismantling the submersible motor from pump set and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper wire as per the existing gauge with necessary insulation, sticks and varnishing, including replacement of shaft bearing 02 Nos and motor terminals plate/cable ducts complete of capacity 5 HP including painting, taking up/lowering of pump set with pipe complete all as directed.

Dismantling the submersible motor from pump set and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper wire as per the existing gauge with necessary insulation, sticks and varnishing, including replacement of shaft bearing 02 Nos and motor terminals plate/cable ducts complete of capacity 3 HP including painting, taking up/lowering of pump set with pipe complete all as directed.

Supply only in replacement of old rusted GI Column Pipe heavy grade of size 50 mm dia flange type with nuts, bolts of both ends in the bore/open wells complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only High density poly- ethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 for column pipe to bore well of size 75 mm dia including necessary arrangements for coupling arrangement on top and bottom of HDPE pipe with pump and delivery pipe complete all as specified and directed.
