Item rate for supply, transportation, installation and Sqm supervision of Geo-synthetic cementitious composit matt ( flexible concrete impregnated fabric hardens when hydrated to form a thin durable concrete matt) of thickness minimum 9mm. The Geo- synthetic cementitious composit matt should have tensile strength of 20 KN/M for both longitudinal & transversal as per EN 10319, Static Puncture Resistance-3500 ( CBR) (N) as per EN-12236, Elongation at break-40% for both longitudinal & transversal as per EN-10319, Compressive strength -40Mpa as per ASTM C 109-2, Fire Resistance-B-s1- d0, The Geo-synthetic cementitious composit matt shall be a CE certified product and shall be laid in slope protection/stablity & covering RUBs during launching, catch water drains, line drains, side drains etc for construction of longitudinal drains bewtween tracks and road length as per approved drawing.The work involved laying of Geo-synthetic cementitious composite matt as per specification and methodology mentioned in the respective product literature in proper way with all required fixtures and fastenings/Anchors as a complete job as per instructions & satisfaction of engineer incharge with contractor own labour, material, T&Ps, all loading, leading, unloading, lifting,handling, rehandling, all taxes, GST etc. The design and methodology to be approved by DFCC/ Railway prior to commencement of work. The quoted rates also includes cost of material, transportations and supply at site, installation, fixing, pegging, curing, pre installation, surface preparation work like jungle cleaning, removal of fencing as per site requirement, ballast removal, stacking & spreading if required, surface dressing, soil profiling, earth excavation for drain and other misc. petty work involved, back filling & surface finishing etc. complete in all respect. Nothing extra shall be paid searately. Overlapping of 100mm will be provided between two conjugative Geo-synthetic cementitious composit matt. The overlap quantity shall be taken for measurement.
