Deweeding uprooting rank of vegetation and weeds removing all weeds and other growth roots by forking including cost of all labour including disposed off all rubies with all lead etc complete

Earthwork by using hydraulic excavator of 1 cum bucket and depositing the excavated materials within 5 km lead including loading and unloading with all cost conveyance T&P sundries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns beams slab staircase landing lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

Filling plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient including cost and conveyance of sand , all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, all labour sundries T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication & manufacturing of solid precast concrete element with provisions of shear keys, connecting loops, dowel tubes and proper lifting accessoriesfor walls, beams, slabs, stairs, column etc, of various thickness, shape and size of different concrete grades manufactured in controlled factory environment with approved methodology including moulds (Pallet system, Tilts form, table moulds, battery moulds, vertical moulds, beam moulds, column moulds, staircase moulds, Facade mould, etc.), mixing, transporting and placing of concrete, vibrating, curing, finishing, making necessary cutott/holes of required sizes for services. yard handling & stacking all complete as per IS 11447:1985 and as per approved shop drawings and design mix as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing inserts will be paid separately).

Erection & Installation of Precast/Prestressed Concrete elements in correct & final position with proper line level and plumb at site making all arrangements (i.e cranes, push-pull jacks & all another T & P for lifting Placing & Alignment of elements, within erection tolerance as per IS 15916 as per approved shop drawings and all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of sim pads, non shrink grout and steel works i.e hangers. All work up to fifth floor.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of decorative LED park light,comprising IP66 aluminium luminaire with high effciency LEDs & integral driver mounted on decorative MS/GI pole of approved design & height, including RCC foundation, internal wiring, earthing, erection, alignment, testing & commissioning, complete in all respects as per PWD/CPWD specifications, relevant IS standards & directionsof EIC.

Supplying and fixing of Pre cast kerb stone of size 600mm x 300mm x 150mm of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984.

Plantation of tree saplings at site including excavation of pits of required size (typically 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm or as specified), refilling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of earth reduced by 20% and 1 part of manure/sludge reduced by 8%), planting of healthy saplings, watering, dressing of surface, and removal of unserviceable material, debris, and surplus earth with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Horticulture(Grass Creeper):- Supplying all materials labour and T&P etc. for removing vegetation and making up undulations not exceeding 15cm. in depth including disposal of rubbish, plantation of saplings -a) Bougainvillea Glabra @ 1 No. / sqft., ii) Elephant Ears Plant @ 1Nos. /3 Sqft, iii)Canna Indica @ 1 Nos. / 2 sqft., iv) Wedelia Plantation @ 1 No. / 2 sqft. and v) Vetiver Grass spread across the area, all complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation,plinth and superstructure complete ,with all leads,lifts and delifts including cost,conveyance,royalty and taxes etc of all materials as required watering and curing etc complete as per direction of EIC. In superstructure

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works for compound wall fencing. complete as per drawing including priming with one coat of red oxide primer in all floors as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using cement, 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, dewatering,royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T&P required for the work including shuttering , hire & running charges of concrete mixer complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing ,lifting ,hoisting and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 grade in Column base, Column Footings, Raft Foundation, Stem of the Columns, beams, chaujja, fin, lintel, staircase, jali, shelves and slab etc as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in worktest) 20N./ Square mm.in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stonechips of approved Quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned, to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days including centering and shuttering, thereafter dismantling and removing the debris away from the worksite and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect, but excluding cost & conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying fitting & placing uncoated HYSD reinforcement including cutting, bendind, binding& placing the steel rods as per drawing & technical specification approved by the department with cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge.

Rigid Smooth centering and Shuttering including false work and removing the same after casting etc.complete.
