SCH 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION) Excavation in trenches ,not exc 1.5 m wide, and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces and Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides and bottom of RCC band/beam of railing work complete all as specified and directed.

TMT round bars 6mm to 8mm dia, over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips confirming to Fe-410W (grade E-250) or Fe 290 (Grade E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beam complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing RCC Baluster of 600 mm height good quality fixed to the wall in vertical position complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n-exc 50 m and deposing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm grade Stone Aggregate) as in coping including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of Random rubble ,uncoursed well bonded solidly hearted ,built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Flush pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber joints for rain water carrying fixed to walls , connected to rain water harvesting pits complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Boulders or broken stone filling and hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls etc and raising (any thickness) at back of walls etc and raising (or lowering) to required level as in aggregate stainer 300 x300 x300 mm for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick on fair faces CM 1:6 with grey cement slurry mixed jointed for laying floor with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed base laid and 10 mm thick on fair faces CM 1:4 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M PORTION) Supply and fixing of LED Bollard IP 65 rated inverted Pyramid tripod type, ensuring excellent distribution and high system lumen efficacy suitable for 10 W LED complete with junction box with terminals of size 104x104x70 mm of make hensel cat part no-KF 0404 g or equivalent including suitable PCC foundation for fixing of lights complete all as specified and directed. Make Havells Cat part No-Crompton (LIARA) cat part no LBLSN-10-CDL or equivalent Havells, CG, wipro & Philips

Supply & Fixing in repairs cable junction box made of thermoplastic, halogen free, weather proof with metric Knock outs for cable entry including four/five pole terminals and cable entry glands for incomming, out going and connection cable with protection grade IP-66/67 of size 205x255x112 mm and suitable for LT under ground cable any size/capacity including bracing clamp,bolts,nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed. (Make Hensel/ model No-KF2525B or Sintex or equivalent as approved)

Supply and fixing LED 5 W ground burials for Outdoor application IP 65 complete with fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make HPL Cat part No-HPLLEDGLO560 or equivalent Havells, wipro & Philips

Supply and fixing LED 6 W ground burials for Outdoor application IP 65 complete with fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make HPL Cat part No-HPLLEDGLO560 or equivalent Havells, wipro & Philips

Material and Labour for sub main wiring complete with 2 single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable drawn in and including medium grade PVC conduit ISI Marked not less than 25 mm dia concealed, including making good distrubed surface, of wall, including single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size as earth wire drawn in same conduit complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Laying of XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 16 Sq mm 4.0 core in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI pipe light grade with all fitting laid in trenches and under road/floor/culverts along with pole etc 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Make : Tata/Jindal/Surya
