20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (Viscosity grade/modified bitumen) Binder. Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using Viscosity grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 510. Seal Coat. Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 511. By Mechanical Means. Case - II : Type B. Bitumen (VG-30).

Marking Centre Line and stop lines etc. on road as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 160" C with a special applicator machine complete with a special applicator machine complete with labour material and traffic diversion arrangements.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding:Old work (One or more coats).

Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provision Old Work

Applying one coat of Cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface including all scaffolding:

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Wall painting with Royal Play paint with various types of designs as approved of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffalding. Two or more coats on New work including preparation of base with primer, putty lippy etc. Complete in all respect.

Fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. Red Sand stone size not less than 1350 Cm2, 40mm

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)Dark shade using ordinary cement.
