M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete. Note : (i) Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Plaster will be executed upto 16 mtr height.

Roof treatment to be carried out as followed:- (i) M & L for preparing surfaces for roof treatment by removing all loose gravel, dirt oil grease and foreign matter by jet of dry air and cleanshould be sound clean and dry. All high spots should be removed. Surface to be finished to a smooth texture by mechanical means. Moss and lichens if any should be removed followed by treatment with fungicidal after treatment wash down throughly with clean water and allowed to dry before application . (ii) All cracks by cutting "v" groove and fill with PMC mortar (Polymer modified cement mortar) prepared in ratio as per manufacturers specification provide 30 mm x 30 mm coving with CM 1:4 admixed with chemical. (iii) Drilling holes of dia 18mm maximum upto half of the depth of the wall fix the PVC nozzels of dia 15mm and fix it with plug. Injecting cementitious grout within the the prefized nozzels underpressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores and holes (2 to 2.5 kg/sqcm) as specified by manufacturer. (iv) Prime the surface using primer and providing two coats of liquid applied ,solvent free elastomeric water proofing membrane shall be made of hydrocarbon free ppolyuretherene with atleast 90% solid content with necessary surface preparation ,coving, primer etc. The waterproofing shall be terminated on the top of parapet wall. (v) Spread of non woven geo textile of 140 GSM with overlap of 50mm in both side and saparation layer, the treatment to be protected by application of concreate screed (admixed with chemical @ 200ml per bag of cement) as per manufacturers instructions in required slope & 100mm thickness. For vertcal surface sprinkle fine aggregate after the application of second coat to get the mechanical key and to be protected by application of plaster complete all as directid by the Engr-in -charge. Make: Fosroc/ Pidilite/ Asian or Equivalent. (Note: (i) Work to be executed by authorized rep of manufacturers company. (ii) All water pipe line GI/CPVC to be removed from top surface for efficient execution of work & to be relaid in standard engineering practice along the walls. new pipeline of GI as required during shifting should be paid saperately. But no charges for refixing of old pipeline will be paid.)
