Fabrication and erection of complete set of box type pontoons (i.e. 01 no. big box and 08 nos. of small boxes with 6mm MS plate, MS Angle ISA-65x65x6mm, MS Channel ISMC-150 and MS Plate-20mm etc. by Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel as required in stringers, treads, landings etc. wherever required all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for two or more coats

Providing and fixing of HT nuts and bolts with spring washer, Size: 5/8" x 5"

Note: 1). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 15 nos. 2). Iron and steel (MS Plate, Angle, Channel, Flats), Industrial Gas, welding machine, welding electrodes, tools and tackles etc. and other allied items/ equipments required for carrying out the Job shall be provided by the Contractor. 3). Pontoon design shall be as per instructions of Engineer In-charge. For Schematic Diagram of a Box Pontoon please refer to page no. 32 of NIT or uploaded tender documents.
