Supplying and fixing of GI weldmesh angle size of 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm alround and M.S. flat 35 mm x 6 mm size width (GI weldmesh) 7.50 cm x 2.50 cm (10 gauge) including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply and fixing of trusses using necessary 'L' angels and I section each according to design approved by the departmetal officers including cutting, welding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanized iron sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated, cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of rolling shutter with ISI specification which shall be of pull and push type made out of 18 G x 3" loth section which consist of five main parts such as curtain lock plate guide channel rollers and hood covers these five main parts are made out of speicial components detailed below. curtain shall be of 18 G x 3 " loth section curtain of the required size and filled with heavy cast iron M.S. chips for 8' (2.44m) with rolling shutters loth section provided shall be not less than 37 nos lock plate shall be 10 gauge M.S. sheet reinforced with 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm M.S. angles @ the bottom and fitted with heavy latches and locking arrangements oneither side these should be one handle on either side. pressed guide channel shall be of 10 gauge M.S. sheet and attached to the side brackets shall be of 10 gauge M.S. plate with 20 mm square bars and cast iron 'U' clambs shall be riveted to the side brackets. Roller shall be heavy cast iron pulley fitted with heacy duty "U" G class 40 mm steel pipe and high tensile fassils high carbon coil spring 2 Nos. shall be fitted food cover shall be of 0.90 mm M.S. sheet reinforced with 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm M.S. angle guide channel the rolling shutters in addition to the above shall have pulling hook and shall be coated with heavy coat of red oxide primer

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (One cement and five Crushed Stone Sand ) to 12 mm thick including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (One cement and three Crushed Stone Sand) to 12 mm thick including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

White washing two coats with well burnt shell time blue gum etc., complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with best approved quality of enamel paint over one coat of priming for new iron work including all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification
