Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4, type B0, (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and carry out waterproofing treatment to sound tarrace screed surface after proper surface preparation to remove foreign particles etc. repairing of cracks, Two coat of at least 1 mm in thickness of single component, cold - applied, acrylic based modified polyurethane hybrid elastomeric coating used as Heat Reflective waterproofing coating for roof and tarraces and also can be used as under tile waterproofing coating for wet areas by using suitable brush / roller. All above operations to be done as instruct by the manufacturer's auth applicator only or as per manufacturer's specification. Make : FOSROC Brushbond Roofguard Premium or equivalent of FOSROC / Sika / Bostik / Choksey Cured Brushbond Roofguard membrane shall posses - solid by volume - 50%, Tensile strength (ASTM D412) > 2 Mpa, Elongation (ASTM D412) - 250%, UV resistance / colour stability 1000hrs qUVA (ASTM D4587) - passes, Adhesion to substrate with primer (ASTM D4541) - 2 Mpa with concrete failure, Permeability (BSEN12390 Part 8) - 5.0 mm, Shore A Hardness (ASTM D2240) - 75. Note : (i) The waterproofing treatment shall be applied by the company's authorized applicator only. (ii) Contractor have to get prior approval of applicator or authorized agency by submitting its authorization letter to this office for approval prior to commencement of work (iii) Submission of warranty certificate for waterproofing treatment work for leekage/seepage is mandatory after completion of work. (iv) The cost of scaffolding work required upto 10-12 Mtr height at certain buildings is inclusive in the respective items catered for repairs itself. No extra shall be paid for the same.

Taking down cement plastered any description any thickness from ceiling surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick readymade plaster inner/outer ceiling by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Days- 10-12 Mpa/ Bulk density- 1500-1600 Kg/M3. Make : FOSROC Renderoc Ready plaster or equivalent of FOSROC / Sika / Bostik / Choksey

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces & applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces on ceiling by filling wall care putty in depressions, sand papering etc and make the surface smooth and applying 01 coat of 1st quality acrylic distemper (white or tinted ready mixed with VOC content less than 50 gms /Ltr) by using roller to ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces on walls by filling wall care putty in depressions, sand papering etc and make the surface smooth and applying 01 coat of 1st quality acrylic distemper (white or tinted ready mixed with VOC content less than 50 gms /Ltr) by using roller to wall surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as white wash/distempering from ceiling surfaces preparing existing treated surfaces on ceiling by filling wall care putty in depressions, sand papering etc and make the surface smooth and applying 03 coats of white wash to ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing old plastered wall surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down or smoke shoot, moulds moss & efflorescence salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on wall surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces on walls/RCC surfaces/Soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/ balcony etc including cornices and applying 01 coat of cement base paint @ 5Sqm/Kg by using following brands of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces & applying 02 coat of 1st quality acrylic distemper (white or tinted ) by using roller to ceiling surfaces over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as distempering from ceiling surfaces preparing existing treated surfaces on ceiling by filling wall care putty in depressions, sand papering etc and make the surface smooth and applying 02 coat of 1st quality acrylic distemper (white or tinted ) by using roller to ceiling surfaces over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking up or down 25 mm bore GI water tubing medium grade with fittings including removal to store and Supplying & Fixing steel water tubing of 25 mm bore with all fittings and connections fixed in new or old position of Walls, ceiling, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI water tubing medium grade with fittings including removal to store and Supplying & Fixing steel water tubing of 20 mm bore with all fittings and connections fixed in new or old position of Walls, ceiling, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Ball valves size 25 mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 1 0 g m s) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheets as in roof coverings etc including ridges complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work as in wind ties, etc for roof incl securing bolts complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs for prepainted false ceiling with 12 mm thick mineral fibre board of size 600 x 600 mm with & including anodized aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 mm x 605 mm consisting of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.50 x 25.00 x 1.40 mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM & 23.50 x 26.40 x 1.40 mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively. Main & cross Tee jointed at junction crossing with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15 x 15 x 1.5 mm weighing 0.12 Kg/RM fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts & washers, snap grid (main/cross Tee) supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 35 x 25 x 2 mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement, fixed in grid support with 2.50 mm dia galvanized mild steel wire class 3 fixed in detached works etc to support snap grid, with necessary scafolding/formwork and safety measures for height upto 10-12 mtr, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) False ceing board shall be make Everest / Charminar / Armstrong or equivalent
