Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning aluminium housing cum heat sink LED flood light luminaire having a nominal system lumen output of 12500 lumens at a minimum system efficacy of 105 lumens per watt and total power consumption not more than 200 watt including driver suitable for fixing arrangement in high mast. It has a rated system life time of 50000 burning hours at L70 and should have a color temperature of 6500K, CRI>80, THD < 10% and PF > 0.95 complete. (a) Excavation in post holes in any type of soil not exceeding 0.5 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete.

(b) PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in base (0.60 m dia x 0.15 m height).

S&F street light junction box with thermoplastic, IP 65 cable junction box with metric knockouts on all sides for cable entry size: 200 x 160 x 98 mm as per Hensel cat ref no. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of integral driver LED street light with a nominal system lumen output of 7200 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 90 lumen/watt including connecting with three core PVC 1.5 Sqmm copper wire from light fitting to junction box. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours before reaching at L70. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature (CCT > 5000K) and a CRI >70. The luminaire shall meet IP 66 rating & IK05 rating with THD < 20% & PF > 0.9. The luminaire housing should be made of pressure die cast aluminium with a flat glass optical cover. The total power consumption should not exceed 72 watt including driver. Make - Philips Greenline cat ref BRP410 LED CW 072 MR FG S1 PSU GR or equivalent in Havells/ Orient as approved.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 Ltr, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection pipes etc complete all as directed. Make : Bajaj/ Havells/ Recold
