AUGMENTATION OF POWER SUPPLY AND SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF 02 NOS BER TRANSFORMER AT NEW CANTT UNDER GE (WEST) PRAYAGRAJ.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing of outdoor type,Transformer 200 KVA capacity step down with dual ratio on HT side 11/0.433 KV at no load 3 phase , 4 wire AC, 50 Hz, AC double wound core type copper wound ,oil immersed ,air natural cooled with external cooling tubes ,transformer delta coonection on HV Side and star coonection on LV side in accordence with vector symbol Dyn-II with neutral brought out on secondary side and having tapping in step of ± 7.5% step of 2.5% each to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear arrangement including first fill of transformer oil as per IS -335 and including all fitting /accesories as specified in SSR Part -I and IS -1180 Part I/2014 (revised) BEE Star rated energy saving.( Energy efficiency level -3) Transformer should have cable box on LT side and brass bushing on HT side ,oil temprature guage ,dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating silica gel ,oil conservator tank ,explosion vent ,rating and terminal marking plate, oil level guage ,oil drain and filter valve ,independent earth point and neutral fittings ,earth terminal at bodybase ,voltage regulation should be as per IS and limit of temp rise after contineous full load run as specified in SSR part -I and is - 1180 Part I (revised) shall be stand by adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevaling at site all as specified comprising with the following specification :-

(a) Earthing terminal and rating diagram plate. (b) Air release device. (c) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (d) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve with dummy plug. (e) Conservator with level gauge. (f) Silica gel with breather. (g) First Oil fill up to the recommended level by the manufacturer with new oil conforming to IS 335. (h) Type of connection Delta/Star. (j) Type cooling : ONAN. (k) Vector Group : DYN 11. (l) Type of connecting arrangement cable termination boxes on HT side and on LT side. (m) Oil temperature gauge 100mm dia dial type. (n) B uchholz relay. (o) Plateform for Transformer of size 4000mm x4000 mmx 1200mm alongwith fencing & gate shall be provided all as specified & shown on drawing No. CELZ/TD-699 sheet 1/1. (p) Two Nos GI tubing light grade 100mm dia 60cm long embedded in brick/wall on LT/HT side for drawing underground cable. Note: Testing and commissioning of transformer shall be carried out by SEI from HQ CE CC before issue of completion.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor end termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including bottom surface to required level or slope for laying of cable etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness 18 cm only shall be considered for payment.

Supply & Laying Sub-Class old size B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of Transformer copper wound step down 400 KVA outdoor type 11/0.433 KV at NO load, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC with oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HV side and star connected in LV side in accordance with vector symbol DY-II with neutral brought out on secondary side and having tapping in step + 2.50 % + 5% and 7.50% to be changed by mean of hand operated OFF load tap changing gear including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings accesories as specified in SSR Part -I and as per revise IS -1180, 2014 (revel 2), Transformer should have cable end terminal box on LV and HV side, oil temperature gauge, dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent, oil conservator tank, explosive vent, rating and terminal marking plate, oil level gauge, oil drain and filter valve, providing independent earthing terminal for neutral and body complete with all other standard accessories etc as specified and directed with following fittings :-

(i) Cable box on LV & HV side consing of 03 Nos porcelain with busing brass rods and nut bolts. (ii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauage. (iii) Two earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of GI strip. (iv) Vapour pressure based dial type anolog thermometer having range 0-120 degree centegrate with maximum temperature indicator needle of temperature indicator needle of tempreture guage. (v) Rating plate with terminal plate. (vi) Oil level valve. (vii) Oil drain filter valve. (viii) Oil filling port on top cover with plug. (ix) Air release valve/plug. (x) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (xi) Shut of valve between conservator. (xii) First fill of transformer oil of 60 KV dielectric strength as per IS:355. (xiii) Inspection cover. (xiv) Explosion vent with double diaphragm and sigh glass. Note :- (i) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooth and safe functioning of the transformer system and be included in the items and are covered agaisnt the quoted rates. (ii) The Transformer shall be tested at manufacturers factory before dispatch in the presence of rep nominated by GE. The following tests shall be carried out :- (a) Routine Test as per IS- 2026. (b) Type Test as per IS- 2026. (iii) Pre-commissioning test of Transformer :- Pre commissioning test of Transformer shall be carried out before completion of the work in presence of EI/SEI.
