The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S.tube of size 19 x 19 mm and 1mm (+-0.1mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer's specification - Extruded section profile size 42 x 50 mm.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60 x 30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 25x20 mm and 1mm (+- 0.1mm) wall thickness . The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100 x 30 mm and 2 mm (+-0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multichambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (+_ 0.1mm) wall thickness. They panels filled vertcally and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make (Nitco / Kajaria) in colours such as white, Ivory, Grey, Fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian ) in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x600 mm.

Providing and fixing PVC corner beading of required size to suit the thickness of the wall tile at the corner joints of dado works.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia .M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)

Demolishing lime concrete manually / by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres.

Supply and fixing of side hung window at all levels made out of unplasticised Poly vinyl chloride frame from approved make of natural colour with casement outer frame of size 56 x 48 x 30 mm , shutter frame 66 x 56 x 30 mm with wall thickness of 1.8mm (+/- 0.3mm) and 5mm thick, clear glass. The gasket should be made of EPDM (Ethylene propylene dimonomer) with double gasket sealing and applying silicone sealants outside and acrylic sealent inside. The sections should be reinforced with GI sheet of 1.5mm thick with suitable drainage grouting including all necessary hardware fittings etc., all complete as per architectural drawings.

Providing and laying auto claved aerated cement block masonry with 600mm x 200mm x 200mm AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : 4 coarse sand). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos. 6mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Providing and laying In positlon machine batched, machine mixed and design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improving workability without impairing strength durability. Reinforced cement concrete by using 450 kg of cement per cum of concrete, Admixture Super flo special @ 4 lts/cum, Admixture Classic Airent 3 @ 1.5 Its/cum Sand 680 kg/cum, 12.5mm HBG metal @ 600 kg/ cum and 6mm HBG metal @ 550 kg/cum - All work upto floor V level.

Providing "Silica Fume" (Make: Elkem Microsilica or equivalent) powder application over the freshly laid roof concrete at the rate of 2.00Kg per Sqm. The powder to be applied/ spreaded over the concrete surface with the skilled labourers without disturbing the concrete surfaces. The rate to include the cost of labour, materials, conveyance, application and all the taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing water proofing treatment with plasto Elastomeric Roofing Membranes (Make: INDOLIT ECB 100 or equivalent) consisting of: 1) To clean the surface free from the dust and other foreign matters. 2) To apply a coat of Water Based (BITUMINOUS PRIMER) on the cleaned surface. 3) To apply one coat of BITUMINOUS ADHESIVE (Blown Bitumen (90/15) to stuck the membrane. 4) To apply of PLASTIC FELT (2014) 1 mm as a water proofing membrane. 5) To apply second coat of BITUMINOUS ADHESIVE (Blown Bitumen) (90/15) to stuck the membrane. 6) To lay second layer of PLASTIC FELT (2014) 1mm. 7) Bitumen all joint sealing. 8) Final coat of BITUMEN to finishing the work.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick prelaminated bison board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 grade I type II in paneling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws etc, complete as per architectural drawings prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side three layer.
