M & L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (Using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coping inclluding weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work all as specified.

M & L for precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in drain covers set in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M & L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in 1:4 cement mortar all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement mortar in 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufactures instructions on concrete surfaces of walls and basement slab etc of water harvesting rank and finished the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

S&F Mild Steel TMT round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , binding spirally for hooping end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified.

(Serial item no 42 to 71 shall be excecuted at Ojhar)Taking down carefully existing treatment as bitumen tarfelt , plaster of any description and any thickness,PCC over the surfaces of RCC roof slabs,, terraces including flushings and junction of parapet/Curb wall etc including making the roof slab surface rough as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and removing of the rubbish to a distance outside MoD land and depositing at contractor own arrangement including removing and refixing of earthing strip without any damage.Note:Contractor will not thrown the debris and taking down material from roof will make suitable arrangement to get down the material from roof.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of any description, of capacity exc. 250 & n. exc. 500 lit., setting aside for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt using detergent powder and bliching powder etc, and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing complete incl ball valve in position and writting date of cleaning on tank with paint complete all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of any description, of capacity exc. 500 & n. exc. 1000 lit., setting aside for cleaning and removing all scales and dirt using detergent powder and bliching powder etc, and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing complete incl ball valve in position and writting of cleaning date on tank with paint complete all as specified & as directed

M&L for providing Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.12 ltr per bag of cement as per manufacturer instruction of approved make as in bed plate/roof kerb/PCC padding and haunching including preparation of roof slab surfaces by using cement slurry @ 3 kg per sqm etc all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces while concrete is green mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.12 ltr per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:- (Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces thoroughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as given here in after.(a) Bituminous primer @ 0.3lit per Sqm conforming to IS-3384-1986 (b) 3 mm thick APP polymer modified moply FP of M/S TEXSA Ltd / M/S STP Ltd / ASIAN PAINTS/HYDROSTOP of M/S TIKKIDAN Ltd with minimum wt 3.5 Kg per square metre membrane (one layer) laid by torch application method.(c ) Applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 200 gms in two coat per square metre over membrane. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and the screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square but exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm long, dia of shank 11 to 15 mm. complete all as specified and as directed
