Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out.
M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete/sunken floors all as specified and directed.
M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) all as spd and directed

Supply only mild steel of Grade Fe- 290 (Grade E-165) flat or round bars in line wire, tie bars.
S&F galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)
M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200 litre per bag of 50 kg of cement, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”
M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted, over and including a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint all as directed.
M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.
Supply only liquid water proofing compound.
Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm.
Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.
M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 350x250x7mm/450x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces.
Excavating in post holes, in any type of soil, (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces.
M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete/sunken floors all as specified and directed.
Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of 3.15 mm dia wire and 75 x 75 mm mesh size (pitch of wire). Note :- Weight of chain link fencing per Sqm shall be checked/ascertained by Engineer-in-Charge before fixing at site.
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire Note:- Chain link fencing, line wires and tie bars shall be measured and paid for separately as “supply only”.
S&F mild steel screw bolts, (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia of neck, n. exc. 5 cm long, with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut.
S&F ornamental work with mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; ramed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar works framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc.
M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base.
S&F 80 mm thick, M-40 grade, coloured (red/yellow) glossy finish, machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion.
M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate in kerbs of interlocking tiles and the like as directed.
