Disconneting /removing of old SV/MV street light fitting from pole/wall complite all as specified and directed.

Disconneting and Refixing the SV/MV street light fitting at same location or any other location, connecting with electric feeder and testing for functioning enganging sufficient manpower and tool/plant etc to ensure safety of light/pole as well as working persons complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 Watt with high luminous with front toughened glass, protection class IP-66 White Warm of Make Bajaj Cat Part No BJFL200 WLED IWW or eqivelent Havells/Philips/Bajaj

Supply and fixed two single core PVC insulated cable with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm fixed in and incl concealed non matalic PVC conduit including copper earth wire 2.5 sqmm complete as specified. Make:- AKG/Bhagwati as approved by GE.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire ,armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor 10 Sqmm 4 core. Make:- Havells/Gloster/Polycab as approved by GE.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all as specified.

Returning filling including spreading and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Removal of surplus/spoil on a distance n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M&L for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified

M&L for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 80 mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed.

S&F in fully cast aluminium body finished with polyurethane paint (with prior treatments) with acrylic window cover spigot entry 78 mm available in 80 W LED panel & accessories Cat Part No PILD-0003 of mepro electricals with square junction with max projection breadth of 1155 mm Cat No CDPB-08 and connected with cast aluminium extra heavy pole designer LEG and Broader designer base finished with polyurethane paint of one leg is 88mm cat no MCPL-04 of mepro electricals complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Automatic Electromechanical street light timer switch complete in all respect consisting of time switch contactors Nos one No. toggle switch 3 Nos of appropriate cap and input and output terminals completely wired with a bakelite sheet with copper wires of suitable cap. Time switch and the unit should encased in weather proof MS sheet cabinet with lockable front and paint with one coat of anti corrosive solution one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enameled paint (Synthetic) duly spray painted and provision for cable entry and attachment with the existing pedestal time lite Distribution board timelite 65A , 3 pole/230v Digital time switchTL065DBO. Make indo Asian or Sinetrac all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix junction box CRCA sheet as required at site with necessary clamps nuts, bolts and washers with 200 amps rated aluminium bus bar suitable for MCB single pole 20 to 32 Amp complete with necessary fitting arrangements on steel tubular poles all as specified and directed. Make : SHIP/DVEPL or any CPRI approved.

Supply & fix MCB SP C series 6 to 32 amp Make indo Asian or equivalant make of Havells/HPL/Indoasian all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrods of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 3.35 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.75 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts and GI washers of Galvanised iron protected by steel pipe 15mm (light grade) all as shown in elecrrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal dust and comman salt in alternate layers 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe,funnel,wire mesh.concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 for pit and RCC pit cover.
