Removing and stacking of existing filter media from filter unit including lift upto 6 mtr and stacking with a lead of 50mtr.

Stone aggreegate 90mm to 12.5 mm nominal size.

Providing and filling of filter media in filter bed unit with (the rate is inclusive of all materials, labours & scaffolding involve including lead & lift)

Stone aggregate of size 40 mm including levelling dressing all complete

Stone agregate of nominal size 20 mm including leveling dressing all complete

Stone aggregate of nominal size 12.5 mm including levelling dressing all complete

River sand of minimum size 1.80 mm 2.36 mm including levelling dressing all complete

Shifting of existing RCC precast perforated slab/CC cubes inside the filter bed, cleaning/washing/removal of silt /alange and rearraning the perforated slabs/cubes in position as per ditection of Engineer -in - Charge.

Cleaning the filter bed inner surface including removing the deposited slit and removing dirt etc. including washing the surface with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with sedimentation tank & clorination chamber where ever required, without causing any scratching/damage to the filter bed structure and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The rate is inclusive of all materials, labours & scaffolding involved including lead & lift).

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.
