Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Complete

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Complete

Providing laying of open graded premix carpet with seal coat Type "A" 20mm consolidated thickness using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm IRC size machine crushed HBG metal and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm IRC size machine crushed HBG metal with 14.60 Kg of 60/70 Bitumen for premix carpet, and 0.09 cum of 6.7mm IRC size machine crushed HBG metal with 9.80 Kg of 60/70 Bitumen for seal coat type "A" per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved sources to worksite and stacking them to standard departmental gauge for premeasurement including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by departmental section stores and cost will be recovered at the rates specified in the special condition appended herewith including heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in the mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only, rolling 8/10 MT power roller to premix carpet and seal coat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet application of bitumen for seal coat over premix carpet including labour charges for mini hot mix plants, bitumen boiler, power roller and all other Tools and Plants employed etc., complete
