EXECUTION OF WORK UNDER MW TO REVIVAL OF THE SCULPTURE SHED AT VELAPUR, TAL-VELAPUR, DIST-SOLAPUR. AS SPECIFIED IN THE BOQ.

Description of works

The provision made for the temporary Tin Shade for the store the hero stone in the shade in the iron angle of 50 x 50 x 5mm for roof and the fixing of the base of the angle in cement concrete of the 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.45mt at the base with proper anchoring and the vertical pipe of the making the 700 sqft roof of the size 20ft x 35ft and clear height of the 10ft and the roof slope of lin 10 ( toward one side) the vertical square pipe of the 75 x 75 x 3.2mm main beam 100 x 50 x 3.2mm rafter 50 x 50 x 2.6mm purlins 40 x 40 x 2mm 1.0m C/C knee bracing SHS 40 x 40 x 2.00mm base plate 200 x 200 x 10mm M.S plate anchor bolt of the 4 nos 300mm & making the P.C.C 1:4:8 for 100mm thickness RCC footing 600 x 600 x 750mm (M-20 Concrete) and reinforcement of the 12mm base @ 150mm C/C both way top and bottom and roofing 0.5mm BMT copper coated GI gutter 0.6mm thick 100mm dia PVC rain water down train including the errection fabrication curing of concrete, welding, anticorrossion paint, oil paint of the two coat etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

The provision made for the handing and shifting the hero stone from the museum to sculptural shade and back to the rest the hero stone during the development of the museum with proper alignment of the stone using the hydra of the 5M ton capacity with the laying and fixing of the sculpture with care etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

The provision made for the removal dismantling of the inner shutter and placing and shifting and the refix to the temporary tin shade of the sculpture etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and fixing a double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the ext1.5-metree of building / structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in a stepped manner as per the requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metrecentre the o centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

DismantlingtheR.C.C.Work1:2:4andsortingoutthematerial such as steel etc.as directed and stacking them within the specified lead as directed etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing vee pointing with cement mortar 1:3 for stone/Brick masonry including scaffolding and curing etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

The provision made for the filling the joint with grounting material GP-2 with special care to be taken such that the material not come on the surface of the stone, and filling with pressure grouting equipment etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift up to 0.00 to 1.50 m.) By Manual Means etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing dry/ trap /granite/quartzite/gneiss rubble stone soling 15cm to 20cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.
