| 1.02All incoming & outgoing switches are to be housed in respective compartments hinged and gasket doors at the front. All doors should have panel locking arrangement in such a fashion that it can not be on unless the feeder remains in off position. The rear panel should gasketed wire net guard for ventilation arrangement will be made of easy accessibility to each compartment by providing rear panel doors with locking system . The panel is to be properly gasketed to prevent the dust & vermin. All vertical bus bar chambers is to properly arrange and all electrical equipments are to be fixed by nuts and bolts on suitable Hylam board / porcelain insulators of adequate size and dimension. The outgoing feeder connection from respective switches are to be made at rear side of panel by means of busbar, Aluminimum multi core cables, to be terminated on bolted type terminals for cable connection or on bush insulators for bus bar connection. b) 415 Volts, 400 A, on load front operated TPN changeover switch (open execution type) (Make: L&T/Legrand/ Schenider /ABB / Siemens)- 1No.
Bus bar section :
415 V, 600 Amp capacity 99.9% – 99.5% electrolytic tinned 4 bar Aluminium bus bar mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification - 1 set.

c) 415 V, 125 A Four Pole MCCB of Breaking capacity 25kA/35kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic / adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting in existing enclosure and necessary connection (open execution type) (Make:L&T/Legrand/Schenider/ABB /Siemens)- 2 Nos.

Metering Panel

Interconnection :-
All interconnection between incoming main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size electrolytic tinned copper bars or equivalent flexible pvc insulated multistranded single core Cu cable and the same between busbar to each outgoing mains and & for metering arrangements are to be made by suitable size of Copper Bar/Cable with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads.
Earthing :-
A separate continuous G.I. earth busbar of appropriate size is to be painted at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full load of the panel board. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. strip.
The complete panel board is to be spray painted after required surface treatment by 7 tanks process / sand blasting with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating.
Installation :-
The complete panel board is to be installed on suitable brick padestal as directed by the E.I.C.
Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Soft Soil)
Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium) x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.
Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.
Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for pipe electrode as to G.S.
Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearence of 6 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.
Insulating the 65x8 mm MS flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC (for transformer neutral earth bus bar)
Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.
Dismantling the existing damaged panel and damaged LT cable and shifting the same to department store incl. proper dressing of all existing cable and mending good the damages as per direction of EIC
Supply & Fixing of 415 V, 300/315/320A Re-wirable Porcelain Cut-out fuse (Porcelain Fuse carrier & Base) on wooden block of appropiate size, comply with IS : 2086 including tinned-copper fuse wire conform to IS: 9962:1981, contact material should be annealed Electrolytic Copper duly electroplated with tin or silver of 8-10 micron thickness of plating, terminal blocks shall be made of solid brass/solid copper alloy. [Make- Anchor/HPL/Standard/Havells]
Supply of 2/4 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured stranded Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [Make Polycab / RR /KEI/ Havells/ Gloster as approved by E.I.C]
