Supply of 45W LED streetlight luminaire with color temperature (5700K ± 355K), made of a single piece Pressure die cast aluminum (PDC) housing & has separate driver and optical compartment for Thermal isolation. Powder coated by Corrosion resistant Nano coating technology. The fixture is provided with a injection moulded UV stabilized Polycarbonate cluster lens cover for optimum light spread. Providing and fixing circular/ Hexagonal cast iron or M.S. sheet box for ceiling fan clamp, of internal dia 140 mm, 73 mm height, top lid of 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet with its top surface hacked for proper bonding, top lid shall be screwed into the cast iron/ M.S. sheet box by means of 3.3 mm dia round headed screws, one lock at the corners. Clamp shall be made of 12 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape as per drawing attached in technical specification for circular box type fan clamp.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc., as required

Fabrication and Supply of MV Switch Board Panel of Outdoor type (Doouble door with hinged type outdoor) tested design as per IEC 61439-1 & 2 suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply,made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer Shell (width not less than 450 mm) with canopy and 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel for inner partition, 3 mm thick for gland plates, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, extensible on both sides, painting with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade and also includes provision of necessary supporting arrangement with MS "C" channel bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x50 mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 nos earth stud,control wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half and suitable for outdoor operation, complete with all accessories, interconnection, earthing, alignment with the bus ducts etc., as required comprising of the following:

I) Incomer Details: A) Two Nos. of 250 A, 50 KA, 4P MCCBs as per latest IEC with Thermal Magnetic Based Releases for OC/SC Protection as INCOMERS with extended ROM for mechanical ON/OFF, cast resin type CT operated Digital MultifunctionMeter [EM 6400 of Conzerve/Equivalent], ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps etc., as required. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of MV Switch Board Outdoor Type panel mentioned in Item No. from 3.01 to 3.03 including excavation for foundation, providing RCC foundation up to 45 cm height above GL, fixing of panel over the RCC foundation with Fastner and earthing connections etc. complete as required.

Supply of Loop-in Loop-out Box Outdoor type (Doouble door with hinged type outdoor and key lock) made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer Shell (width not less than 450 mm) with canopy and 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel for inner partition, 3 mm thick for gland plates, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, extensible on both sides, painting with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade and also includes provision of necessary supporting arrangement with MS "C" channel with 125A copper busbar for three Phase & One Neutral, Gland & connection Provision for one incomer (3.5 C x 150 sq mm) and 5 outgoing , earth connection and suitable for Three Phase AC supply etc complete as required.

Installation of Outdoor type Loop-ln Loop-Out Box mentioned in item no.3.05 including excavation for RCC foundation of 0.8(L)x0.75(W)xo.5(D) all dimensions in metre upto ground level, Fixing of Junction Box over the RCC foundation with Channel upto an height of 400mm with necessary fixing arrangements etc. including cable terminations complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 125A, 4 pole, 3 phase, 415V On Load manual changeover confined to IEC: 60947-3 with powder coated sheet steel enclosure with ROM type extendable handle, suitable arrangement shall be made for wall mounting of the enclosure etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of Loop-in Loop-out Box made of Transparent Polycarbonate with 125A copper busbar for three Phase & Neutral, Gland & connection Provision for one incomer and 5 outgoing, earth connection and suitable for three Phase AC supply etc complete as required. Supply of 3.5C x 95 Sq.mm size XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (PART-I) with upto date amendments as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C x 95 Sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc., as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required
