Supplying, laying and testing of ERW MS pipes of 400 mm dia, Fe-330 grade, 8 mm thick, conforming to upto date amended IS : 3589 (2001) as per site requirement including painting with two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge. Note:- (i) The pipe line to be laid inside the runway tunnel and on the MS channel support (MS channel support to be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule). (ii) The quoted rates are including of all necessary arrangements for laying of pipe line like portable DG set for welding, machines for pushing the pipes into the tunnel and all other connected required setup. (iii) The tenderer shall visit the work site before quoting the tender.

S&F of 400 mm dia Sluice vlaves, flanged type of class 1.6 PN.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core along with wall,with necessary clamping under the run way all asspecified and directed.

S&F of LED Bulkhead light fittings of capacity 20W, wall mounted along the run way tunnel for illumination of the pipe line all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of Air release valve of dia 150 mm complete all as sepcified and as directed.

Supply and laying of wash out pipe line to drain out the water from the pipe line during the maintenance of the main 400 mm dia pipe of lengh max 1 mtr including one sluice valve all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CI/DI pipe specials of class 'A' and 'B' such as Tees, bends, sockets, collars, junctioning couplings etc. for up to 400 mm dia CI/DI pipe line ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil and complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in of excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well raming in layers not exc. 25 cm each and complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying of DWC (double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 36 mm polethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc. with smooth internal and profiled external surface for under ground cable complete all as secified.

M&L for fabrication of channel ISMC 125 with necessary clampimg/ support to the existing RCC pillar member for support of the pipe line as including necessary cutting, welding, grinding etc. transporting to wk site grouting the channel to the wall including painting with two coat of anti corosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: The contractor shall submit time and progress chart / CPM chart immediately after placing of work order and shall get the same approved by the Accepting Officer within 7 days of placing of work order.
