Material and Labour for one coat of painting, lines, dashes, arrows,letters etc on bituminous/ concrete surfaces, exceeding 10 cm width, with Machine (Air / Airless spray applications as per IS 164) with '' Apcotrack IS of Asian Paints '' or equivalent in other specified makes. Color of approved water base paint of color white, Golden yellow, deep orange, PO red and black as directed as per the requirement in the Air field including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Coverage area of paint will be 6.00 Sqm /Ltr( DISPERSALS AND TAXI TRACKS) Make: APCOTRAK of Asian paints or equivalent in other specified makes Specification of the machine is as under: Graco line lazer 5900 with two guns and maximum GPM(LPM) :1.60 (6.0), PSi (Bar):3300(227), engine cc (hp) :160 (5.5) and maximum Tip size 0.043 or Graco Line Lazer 200HS with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) :2.15(8.14) , PSI (Bar) :3300(227) Engine cc (hp) 200(6.5) and maximum tip size 0.047 or the machine from Wagner Company with same specification.

M&L for removing existing paint from runway, taxiway and apron by water blasting / sand blasting and disposal of rubbish, dirt and dust from the surface of the runway, taxyway and apron complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reflective paint of superior make of Apco Track / Fast track WBR 3427 of Asian paint or equivalent other specified makes, with machine or air spray applications to obtain WFT 375 miccrons including the application of high index glass beads at 500 gms per Sqm (TTB 1325 type III and having refractive index 1.9) of potters make or equivalent. The painting shall be done on for the existing Taxiway / dispersal marking as per the recommended dimension as per the direction of Engr In Charge. The existing surface shall be cleaned thoroughly off dirt, dust, scales, oil grease etc.. before application of the paint Specification of the machine is as under : Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) :1.60(6.0), PSI (Bar) :3300 (227), engine CC (hp) :160(5.5) and maximum tip size :0.043 or Graco line Lazer 200 HS with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) :2.15(8.14) ,PSI(Bar) :3300(227) , Engine cc (hp) :200(6.5) and maximum tip size :0.047 or the machine from Wagnor Company with same specifications Note: For Ser No 01 to 04 : Wearing of flourecent waist jacket is mandatory for all the workers while working in the Air field. The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for the above provisions Note 2: Precaution has to be taken to avoid spilling of paint over existing painted surfaces even after if emulsion spills over painted surfaces it has to be removed immediately to enable the proper subsequent coating of paint
