Brooming existing road surface including conveying broomed material within a lead of 150 meters and stacking the same as directed by the EIC including cost of labours, brooms, GST, LWC, transportation charges and minor tools etc, complete.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit litted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification, including all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, transportation charges, LWC, GST etc. complete on bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg / sqm IRC-082(2015)

Providing and laying premix bituminous macadam base course with stone agrregate of quality size and grading as specified in CPWD specification and straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 4% by weight oftotal mix including hot mixing of stone aggreate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed materials and laying mixed material to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and densuty, including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of road roller, BG plant, truck/ tipper, loader etc, transportation charges of all materials towork site,minor tools & plants,LWC, GST,etc, complete. 50 mm compacted thickness IRC-082(2015)

25 mm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings 13.2mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 Kg and 56 Kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller 6 to 9 Tonne capacity with bitumen of grade VG-10, transportation of all materials, all labour charges, minor tools, LWC and GST etc., complete. Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate(quarry dust/coarse sad) (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sleve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with power road roller, all labour charges, minor tools & plants, LWC & GST etc., complete.
